We loved our stay at this condo! The place was very clean, comfortable beds, and located very close to the parks. Shopping is also very close with Target, Walmart, and Publix within minutes. We will stay here again!

Nice place close to parks

The home is in a great location. It is very spacious and is great for family gatherings. It was nice to have two king suites with their own bathroom. The other two rooms were also very nice. Parking was close and no problems.

Thanksgiving trip to universal studios

Perfectly accommodated our family of six with one bedroom even unused. Very very clean. Location for universal studios was great. Very convenient that the grocery store was across the street. All of the instructions, gate access , and key codes were easy. Would absolutely stay here again.

Looks great in pictures but won’t rent again

The listing was too good to be true…we arrived to a building in need of a good cleaning with an elevator that some in our party refused to use. They opted to walk up three flights of stairs rather than use the elevator due to odor and whatever it was coating the floors. By the end of the day when it was hot the smell was pretty bad. On day 5 the floors were wiped but never cleaned so the odor remained. As stated the exterior was dirty and cobwebbed around every light. The decks needed a good power wash and the furniture cleaned. After the disappointment of the outside we were excited to step into a beautiful condo. Sadly we quickly realized there were quite a few issues (broken dishwasher, microwave, water and ice for fridge, ironing board, shelf in bedroom, closet doors off the tracks, but the worst was the air conditioner didn’t work never dropping below 76 as it was 85 outside quickly became miserable with 65 percent humidity) many of these problems we contacted the property manager about and some we did not as it was apparent nothing was going to be fixed. We were told the ac was repaired by maintenance after 24 hours of being uncomfortable but the temp never went below 77 degrees. Really all this unit needed was on basic upkeep and as we stepped into these obvious issues on day one it is obvious no one cared to fix problems as they arise. They just keep renting it out with all these issues. or using this company again.

Wonderful vacation

Our unit was beautiful. The pictures didn’t do it justice. It was so nice to have the room for everyone to come together yet have their own private space. There was one large pool just across from us & the larger resort pool with lazy river & slides was just around the corner. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great spacious spot for family in a central location

The space was great for our family. Overall it was clean, spacious, had a very nice open area and a big sectional which was perfect for movie night. The pool table was an added perk for our down time. The location is great and central to many activities, about 25 minutes from all the parks. The pool, slides, and lazy river were laid back and fun for the kids. Would recommend going in the morning to avoid the crowds. One note is there weren’t pool towels, however there were plenty of regular towels to be used. If you’re like us, the 2 dishwasher pods provided were not enough to get us through the week with all the dishes we used, so you may want to bring a couple. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice place just lacking extra supplies

We love our stay. I would have given it a 5 star but the only thing that was lacking was the extra supplies provided. There was 7 of us staying six nights. They only left us with 1 garbage bag, 1 dishwashing pod, 1 washing machine pod and 1 extra roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.

Everything and more!

Amazing spot, more than we expected. The staff at the hideaway club were a little rough, so we spent most of our pool time in the standalone pool across from the condo. We reached out a few time to our hosts, and they responded amazingly quick and fully addressed our concerns. The only glitch was “user error” our flight was delayed a few hours so we didn’t get in until after midnight. Couldn’t find the building addresses anywhere… of course the next morning spotting the 10 foot high numbers in the front of the building made us feel foolish. Thanks for everything, we loved our vacation!

We've stayed in this neighborhood before at a different unit each time. This was one of the nicest appointed we've seen and everything was very well managed with fast communication. Would stay again!

Great location for Disney and Universal. Would highly recommend but needs a more detailed cleaning, dusting. Management has been notified and they were very polite and stated they would take care of it.

Amazing vacation thanks to an amazing property!!!!

My family enjoyed the luxurious and properly appointed apartment. It was so spacious we thought we were in a large home! Cathedral ceilings higher than life and designer furnishings throughout. The owner thought of everything needed for a great experience. Definitely will refer friends and family and of course plan to spend future vacations there!

Beautiful Huge apartment

Overall the place was wonderful & spotless . Huge 3bath/ 4bedroom. Great for big family . I would recommend the aparptment. I didnt give it perfect score for couple reasons . 1) the contract they sent right before chexk in was insulting & disresoectful . They sent a legal agreement that said we were staying during High season abd chexk in couple be delayed couple hours . But still denanded chexk out same time abd sane rate . That upset me. 2) this is a big compsny that has about 90 aoartments . No communication exact a legal document. If hsve probkems email or call general number . I find rhat very impersonal. Thats why i didnt stay at a hotel. But no person service . 3) they had a cofee pot but no filter to put cofee in. Thats just weird . Do they expect us to buy a pack of cofee filters. That really should be part of the cofee pot. 4) not enough toilet paper . We atyed almost week. Ive never stayed at place that we ran out of toilet paper 5) its very noisey right by the highway. Even late at night trying to sit on deck very noisey with cars and early AM too.. Overall the place was fantastic & we had no big issues . And i woyld highly recommend staying .

Surprise

I can't believe this place was available for me to stay. It was perfect. Perhaps the best STR I have ever used. The space itself was clean and beautiful. The pictures dictate that. What is missing from the listing is the proximity to Disney. Literally less than 10 minute drive to all parks with like three stop lights. It's got all kinds of restaurants etc around it that you could almost walk to. Finally, the waterpark associated with the property is fantastic (Lazy river, spash-pad, slides, basketball court). I just don't know what more anybody could ask for. Highly recommend.

Immaculate

Pictures do no make any justice. This place is truly amazing. The space is great, very spacious, the decor is beautiful but my most important aspect is the cleanliness, very clean, beds are clean and very comfortable. I literally want to take this place back home lol. I don't want to leave..will be booking every time I return.

Would definitely stay again

Pros: -Easy check in/out -Corner unit/quiet location -Elevator close by -Publix and liquor store five min drive -Disney, Sea-world, Aquatica close by -Ample parking -Beautiful modern decor/ open concept -Comfy mattresses -Ceiling fans, black out drapes, TVs, and dressers in all bedrooms -Double sinks in all bathrooms -Nice large glass showers in master baths -Tub in one master bath -Private balcony in one master bedroom -Ample Closet space -Fully equipped kitchen -Ample amount of towels and washcloths -Large Washer and dryer and dishwasher -Large comfy sectional -Electric fireplace -Pool table -Wine fridge -Large kitchen table and island seating -Pool/clubhouse was about a half a mile walk Cons: -Pool was packed so couldn’t go -No parking at pool -Extra charge for mini golf -Unit was not thoroughly cleaned (dirty tub and dust all over blinds and windowsills) -Sheets and bedding need updating (stains and pilling noted) -Early check-out with a cleaning person at our door exactly at 10:00 AM - No beach towels -Need a larger pot for cooking for a family - Oven mitts do not work - Restaurants nearby are not very upscale
