The beautiful hickory cupboards, well-appointed kitchen and panoramic views from both the living area and 1st bedroom will not disappoint. This main level also boasts the 2nd bedroom with queen size bed, 1st full bathroom, laundry area, and eating area. The lower walkout area features a 2nd living room, wet bar area, game area, 2nd full bath with tub and shower, and the 3rd private bedroom with king size bed. Beautiful 20 ft Sweetwater Tuscany pontoon with 4 stroke 40hp Mercury engine for easy start up. You must be 25 years of age to operate the boat. Please send us a message to inquire for any additional information regarding the rental of the boat. You have the option to add the boat for reservation up to 30 days prior to your stay. The amount will be billed to you directly, and cannot be added to your payment thru booking site The terms of direct payment require payment is received 7 days prior to check-in
