Weekend stay for CMU event

Great location for attending a CMU weekend event. Property was exceptionally clean and contact with location management was excellent.

Peaceful Home Perfect Place To Rest

This was the perfect place for our family while visiting relatives in the area.It was very clean. The furniture was in good condition and comfortable.We were at my sister's during the day so we mainly slept here. We appreciated the good AC and fans in the rooms, so we could sleep comfortably. There were plenty of outlets accessible for charging phones. The one bathroom was older but everything was functional.The backyard was peaceful.The contact for the home was very responsive.

Just what we needed!

This place was so great. The past few years we have vacationed with family friends at a campground local to us. Our campground is closed this year for renovations, so we decided to go with vrbo. Our adult son has autism, so there were some specific things we were looking for, and this place was perfect for us! We appreciated having two bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and the swing out back. I also loved how there is a "fence" made of trees/bushes between this yard and the neighbor. We saw lots of deer and turkeys during our stay.We spent one day at Coldwater Lake Family Park, where the beach is. The description of this property, "within walking distance to Coldwater Lake" is accurate, but the beach is much further and I feel like it requires a vehicle. If you like hand-dipped ice cream, we highly recommend Cool Dip Ice Cream! Super yummy and gigantic portions.We did have a minor issue with the fridge, and talked to Malissa (who was so kind!) and she was going to have someone look at it. Overall 5 out of 5, and we can see ourselves staying here again if it is available!

Lovely spot as a home base

This was a great spot for our quick trip to MI! Interior is nicely laid out, comfortable, and accommodating. Bonus - the view out the back windows of the field! My family took some pics of me just sitting out there enjoying the quiet.The owner is VERY responsive, patient and friendly. All important characteristics when renting out a space.We are looking forward to staying again.

Cute house

We really loved our stay here and especially loved the beautiful backyard! The AC didn't work well and the main TV in the living room didn't have hulu app/ many channels in general, but other than that it was great!
