The house accommodated our family of eight for our Boston trip this past week. Everything in the house was clean, but somewhat worn from use. The train was loud, but we got used to it. We really liked the proximity of the Fields Corner train station for our trips into Boston. Thank you for hosting us!

Jenny was super responsive before and during the stay and the place was great. The kitchen and baths were as nice as they looked in the photos and were very clean. Many of the windows seemed dusty/dirty but everything else was very clean. It wasn't unexpected based on the description and reviews, but there is some train noise as the property backs up to the T (2x subway commuter rail). There is parking for 2 vehicles as stated but its a bit tight getting them in (we made 2 mini vans work) however only the last vehicle in can really get out unless you have very small vehicles so one vehicle is trapped by the other. Wi-Fi details in the vrbo app were incorrect but Jenny promptly provided the correct info and hopefully can rectify this for future guests.

Awesome stay in a great location! All the beds and linen were beautiful and well staged. Home is clean and inviting. Jenny is like lightning with responses and excellent recommendations. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a very unfortunate experience at the property, we were stranded with no power for a few hours unable to reach the owner.Although later the owner sent someone to help and offered another property, but this caused us being stranded without any support for hours before we got a response.The house looked like it was also out of power for a few days.I am more disappointed in vrbo support team, we didn’t receive any support from the vrbo team.The owner was very kind and understanding once they were able to reply

I would like to clarify that the issue was unexpected and outside of our control. As soon as you informed us at 5:36 PM, we responded immediately and began working to resolve it. Power was restored the same evening. During that time, we stayed in communication, arranged for assistance, and also offered an alternative property to minimize disruption, which you chose not to use. We also accommodated an early check-in for your group as a courtesy. We always strive to support our guests as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your kind note acknowledging our efforts once we were able to assist. Thank you again for your stay.

Excellent, clean place

This place is a gem! Super new and clean. It had everything you could want and more. The only problem we had was with parking, there needs to be clearer instructions on which parking spots belong to that unit. We parked in someone else’s spot and got yelled at then blocked in so when we went to leave it was a hassle. There are two spots designated, they just needed to be clearly marked what two spots belong to that unit. Other than that, we loved the place and will definitely be back!
