The apartment was clean and well furnished, and perfect for our family group. The location was ideal for our needs and the hosts, Oscar and Gina, were easy to communicate with and they were very accommodating to our specific circumstances. We would definitely stay again the next time we need to be in the Arlington/Cambridge area.

Very clean and well appointed in a quiet neighborhood which is just what we wanted. For a multi-family unit, we never heard any of our neighbors and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

We were in town for our daughter's wedding. You could not ask for better hosts than Gina and Oscar. They were super helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. Our quality time spent with family in the Arlington home was a key part of one of the most important weekends of our lives. Thank you Gina and Oscar!

This space was so clean, and cute!!! The neighborhood was adorable and quiet. Restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores were all walkable. Gina and Oscar are the best hosts, I would stay in this place over and over again. If you are looking for a Quiet, quant space to enjoy your trip to Boston, I highly recommend this space.

Beautifully clean and updated apartment. Keep in mind it is a 3rd floor walk-up which was a bit tough for 3 out of 4 of us.

This was the perfect place for us. We went to Boston to spend time with our daughter. We picked this condo because of its proximity to her house. The location was excellent. On the cooler days, we walked to Davis Square to take the Red Line. When it got warmer, the bus was a block away. In the other direction, there were restaurants and coffee shops. There is a little mark down the block that has many travel sized items. Stop and Shop is a ten minute walk and is a full grocery store. The condo was clean. It had plenty of room for the three of us, four when our daughter stayed with us. The kitchen had all of the cooking and dining utensils that we needed. The coffee pot and in unit washer and dryer were excellent. The beds weee comfortable, the showers were great, and the window AC was much appreciated. Oscar and Gina respond quickly, provided great information, and checked on us periodically. We love to visit Boston and stay in different places. However, we will check here first for availability the next time that we visit.
