This home features a bright and open split-house layout, perfect for families or groups. The living room invites you to kick back and relax with cozy seating and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any meal, whether it’s a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner. Feel free to use any appliances, including a gas stove, BBQ grill, microwave, oven, Sodastream machine, blender, air fryer, Keurig machine, toaster, and hot water kettle.

Pool & Hot Tub: Enjoy swimming and soaking in our private backyard oasis. Pool open between May-September. Hot Tub is open year-round!
Game Room: Hours of entertainment with a hardwood poker table, board games, and more!
Family-Friendly: Equipped with kids' essentials, including a pack-and-play, crib, and high chair.
Dog-Friendly: Bring along your furry friend (or two) – our home is set up to welcome your pets! (Please refer to pet rules)

Guests staying at this luxury home have exclusive access to the entirety of the house (except for a few owner's closets) and its numerous amenities. Unwind poolside or soak in the hot tub under the stars with your homemade soda, then head to the game room for some fun games. Located in a serene neighborhood, this home is also just minutes away from Cary’s vibrant dining, shopping, and outdoor attractions. Perfect for the whole family, including your furry friends, this getaway offers the best of both relaxation and adventure! This home includes a smart door lock and free parking on the premises with additional street parking.

Guest will be required to E-sign a liability waiver before arriving at the house.

Other things to note
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and noise monitoring will be enforced. Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the property. Recreational smoke detectors are located around the property. By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $100 per pet fee.
