Denna unika lägenhet har ett fullt utrustat kök, gratis WiFi, full storlek badkar och dusch i taket med blinkande ljus, verkligen fantastiskt! En praktisk och vacker plats, med svängdörrar som skiljer sovrummet från vardagsrummet / bäddsoffa, för den personliga integriteten på natten, men ändå kunna hålla ett öga på barnen om det behövs. En utanför balkongen med sittplatser för frukost under sommaren. Mycket nära att transportera, den lokala röret; Belsize Park är en 2 minuters promenad från ytterdörren. A home away from home

This is a lovely spot to stay while visiting London. It is close to all amenities and is also very well set up for stay at home evenings! It is very comfortable, and having a washer dryer is a real bonus for travellers. It is our “go to home” in London.

Love this place!

Carol-Anne was truly hospitable, the location is fantastic (one block to tube) and close to Hampstead and Camden where we wanted to be. The apartment is lovely and the bed is fantastic (big and comfortable)! Would stay there next time we’re in London!

Christmas in Belsize Park, London, NW3!

We had a wonderful London Christmas and have just returned. Very clean and well equipped apartment in a brilliant location close to Hampstead Heath and easy hop to the West End. Brilliant unobtrusive hosts, great spot.

Beautiful, peaceful flat

This is such a lovely, quiet flat, in a wonderful neighborhood — residential, yet very close to good shops and restaurants, and just a quick walk to the Belsize Park tube station, and a gorgeous walk to Hampstead and the Heath. Carol-Anne was warm and very kind, at the ready to help — for instance, she made our return to Heathrow as calm and simple as possible by recommending a great taxi driver. We loved our five days and hope to visit again!

Flat was excellent

Carol Anne's flat was even better than the pictures. We had absolutely no issues. Location could not have been better. Belize Park Metro was right down the street giving us excellent access to London. Budgen's grocery store was just around the corner and Gail's delicious bakery as well. Being able to cook in and having a washer/dryer is a great asset. Easy walking to The Coffee Cup and to Hampstead Heath in the mornings was enjoyable.

Perfect Stay for Family with all the Amenities!

I rented this flat from Carol-anne my family of four. It was perfect. The kids slept well on the pull out couch and we appreciated all of the amenities. Carol-anne thought of everything that would make our stay so comfortable and easy, from the great krups coffee machine to fresh milk in the fridge to a docking station that has every cord imaginable. She also had games, books a drawer full of goodies that you may have forgotten. The flat is steps away from Belsize tube station and great restaurants. Very convenient, clean and great hostess!

Great location

This was a very clean and comfortable apartment. Everything worked well. I did buy a single cup coffee press and left at the apartment. The coffee machine just didn’t make enough for a coffee addict like me. I have back problems so the couch was not really comfortable for me but the mattress was fantastic.

incredible Belsize Park

Our family of four began our first leg of a European vacation at the lovely black and white house in Belsize Park. The apartment was lovely with some unique features and provided wonderful accommodation for us (two adults and two teenagers). The best part were the small touches the owner included such as tea, milk and an espresso machine. She even surprised our teenagers with Easter Sunday chocolate. The location was just a short walk from Hampstead and the lively market in Camden Town. The tube stop also made it very easy to get to other areas of London. We would definitely stay there again.

Our week in London

Had a wonderful stay at Carol Anne’s house. From the warm and informative welcome by Kelly to Carol Anne, the owner introducing herself and going out of her way to wish us a safe trip home on the early morning of our departure we could not have had a warmer and more hospitable host. The apartment was clean, bright, quiet and inviting, well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. Iron, ironing board, washer, drying rack and hair blower were all available. The only suggestion we would have is to supply more regular sized water/ juice glasses as they were somewhat limited whilst wine glasses were in abundance-but you can only drink so much wine. Otherwise the kitchen offered everything we needed. The apartment is conveniently located, on a quiet road, just a short walk to a tube station. You cannot go wrong staying here. Thank you Carol Anne for a wonderful stay! Erik and Jessica

Great choice in Camden Town

We stayed at this flat for 5 days and it was very comfortable for our needs. The photos accurately describe the appearance and amenities. The amenities were a nice touch including better than average toiletries. The owner was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our only issue was the "wet room" which made the bathroom unusable after someone took a shower and there were no electrical outlets in the bathroom. It made doing one's hair and using any electrical appliance a bit difficult. The bed was very comfortable and it was better than average linen and duvet cover. The underground is very close and it only took about 15 minutes to get to the theatre district. Camden town is a very eclectic neighborhood which we like very much. I would recommend this property to a friend. Thank you Carol Anne for your hospitality.

Excellent Location

This apartment is in the perfect location for exploring London, by tube. The tube station is super close, just down the street. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs and stores near the apartment to make it a good place to relax at the end of the day of London madness. The flat is much larger than it appears. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet at night. The kitchen was quite large and the whole place had a great comfort feel. My only issue was with the bath/shower. The in-ceiling shower was not working, due to a leak in the floor. Thus, we only had the choice of the tub and that ended up overflowing as well. I understand this couldn't be fixed prior to our arrival, but it did put a damper on the stay. If this had worked fine, it would have been a 5 Star Rating easily. Carol Anne was very kind.

Wonderful way to start our holiday

Or family of three (mom, dad, 9yo daughter) stayed in the 1st (middle) floor apartment for four nights at the start of our three-week Britain holiday. The place was perfect, and we will definitely stay there again on future trips to London. The location was great, just a short two-minute walk to the Belsize Park Tube stop, and several restaurants, grocery stores, cleaners, and other amenities. We spent a lot of time in Camden Town and other places off of the Northern Line, so getting around was a snap. The defining characteristic about the apartment, however, is its size. It is immense! It is easily four to five times the size of typical London hotel rooms, with a large living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a huge bathroom (with a shower in the *middle* of the room), and very big bedroom. I was in London earlier this year and stayed at a typical coffin-sized hotel room for twice the rate, without half of the benefits of the Black and White House. Carol-Anne was very welcoming and warm, especially so to our daughter, and was quick to provide suggestions and offer help when requested. If you have a family, her property is the perfect place to stay, with its size and kitchen--we stocked up at the local market on croissants, yogurt, and juice, and had a quick and cheap breakfast before leaving each morning (tea already provided, of course).

This is a nice apartment in a hip part of town. It is only half a block from the Underground station, very easy to get to and from. The heated bathroom floor is wonderful in the winter!

It was Perfect

We were so happy that we chose this VRBO. The location about two blocks from the Tube Station was perfect, and the Northern Line gave us access to what we most wanted to do in London. Everything was clean and comfortable and easy.

Great place in Belsize Park

Excellent flat several minutes walk from Belsize Park tube station, which is just 10-15 minutes from central London on the train. Large first floor space for two people, great for cooking at home (or going out), and accommodating and helpful owner.

Appartement à Belsize Park

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Carol-Anne. Il est très bien situé, à moins de 5 minutes du métro Belsize Park et des restaurants. Tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

I have lived in this lovely house for over 30 years and started The Black and White House holiday rentals years ago on the penthouse floor, this has been such a success, and have had such lovely visitors, that I have added the Middle Floor Suite, you can check out my reviews on VRBO # 373926, which also give more info. I have lived in this area all my life and am a real Londoner, I offer my wealth of knowledge to my visitors to help them get the most out of their vacation or business trip, I have even had both floors taken over by a wedding party, I helped organise the hair, make up, nails and drivers and all the things that help make a wedding special, including Champagne! I used to work in films, but now I run this business, I have a son who lives in Barcelona Spain and from next year, we will be expanding over there for those who would like to do a 2 center trip.

I really love this house, it was my grandfathers and I spent my childhood running over here for treats and pocket money, my grandpa always said one day it would be mine, and to my delight, he kept his word. Of course, over the years I have extensively modernized it. I brought up my son here, ran my make up business from here and now I live on the ground floor and travel a lot, but I am here to welcome my lovely guests.
