Welcome to Beach Colony Resort East 12C, a luxury gated resort in Perdido Key, Florida. This stunning beachfront condo, located in the east tower, offers breathtaking views of the Gulf with floor-to-ceiling windows and a spacious private balcony, perfect for enjoying spectacular sunsets.

Inside, the open-concept living area is designed for comfort and style, featuring a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The primary bedroom is a serene retreat with a king bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom complete with double vanities, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two cozy full size beds, providing ample space for guests.

For added convenience, this condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Whether you're relaxing indoors, taking in the views from the balcony, or enjoying the resort's top-tier amenities, Beach Colony Resort East 12C promises a perfect beachfront escape.

This unit is pet-friendly. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee for anyone bringing a pet. You must notify our office in advance if you will be bringing a pet. Anyone bringing a pet must adhere to the following rules:
‱ Pets must be 20 pounds or less.
‱ One pet is allowed per unit.
‱ Pets must be on a leash at all times.

Great location. We had a wonderful time. The entry into the condo was a bit old school but one we figured out how to get the key and work the elevator it was smooth sailing

Pet Friendly & Awesome Beachview!!

Absolutely loved it. The views are awesome. The grounds were well maintained. Plenty of areas for pets. Location is perfect. We stay here a few times before and were definitely planning on staying here again for our next vacation!

Love the area

This is our second time staying in this unit. We love the area, it’s far enough away from the craziness of Gulf shores/Orange beach but close enough for a easy drive there for a evening of fun. The beach is less crowded in this area.

Really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and as advertised. Very close to beach and things to do. Only issue was leaky window which once I contacted group they had maintenance come check out.

Good location and beach

The location of the condo was great and overall we had a great stay. We were excited to be able to have our dog with us which helped us to feel more at home. The condo was clean and roomy. The condo could use some updating in the master bath. We enjoyed our stay and loved the location.

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo even though Tropical Depression Lee soaked us :) The indoor pool in the complex was a life saver! The condo was very clean and provided all of the necessities that we needed. Beautiful beach view from the huge patio. The owners were super nice and very helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Great location, especially in winter

Great location, right on the beach, and during our Christmas Day vacation, it wasvery sparsely populated. The beach was pristine. The room was a two bedroom two bath which was spacious, and the kitchen was well appointed. It’s clear that this particular property, unit 12 C, is in need of some updating but very serviceable, especially if you have kids. Check in involved no less than four different key codes which we received very late in the game, so we had to kind of scramble to get into the parking lot and to get into the property, even though there was likely no one there the night before. Our phone calls were answered immediately, however, and we were able to navigate entry. Overall, a very good stay.

August 2020 Stay

If you’re looking for a great place to stay while visiting the area, look no further! We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Colony East 12c! The condo is spacious, very clean, and the decor is lovely! The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Communication with Gulf2Beach has been clear, timely, and pleasant! There’s a great Mexican restaurant down the street and plenty of local seafood restaurants around the area! We will definitely put this on our list of places to come back to!

Beautiful home!

We read all of the previous reviews before booking but there is always a risk going somewhere new. But the description and reviews were spot on! This is a very spacious, beautifully decorated home. The view is fabulous. Great location, everything is easily accessible. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had a great time!
