The second bedroom offers two cozy full size beds, providing ample space for guests. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing the unit to accommodate up to eight guests.

For added convenience, this condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Whether you're relaxing indoors, taking in the views from the balcony, or enjoying the resort's top-tier amenities, Beach Colony Resort East 12C promises a perfect beachfront escape.

This unit is pet-friendly. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee for anyone bringing a pet. You must notify our office in advance if you will be bringing a pet. Anyone bringing a pet must adhere to the following rules:
• Pets must be 20 pounds or less.
• One pet is allowed per unit.
• Pets must be on a leash at all times.

PARKING
Two FREE parking passes are included with your stay. Parking policies are set by the Property's HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
