The house is very comfortable and cozy, it has:
- 1 master bedroom with king bed, full bathroom and 42" TV.
- 1 secondary bedroom with double bed, and single bed with pull-out drawer that occupies a single mattress.
- 2 full bathrooms upstairs that have soap and toilet paper, and a half bathroom located on the ground floor.

- Towels, sheets and duvet on each bed.
- Hot water throughout the house.
- The kitchen has the necessary equipment for cooking such as: glasses, plates, cups, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots, frying pan, knives, chopping board, glasses, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, induction oven, extractor and electric induction stove.
- Modern living and dining room, with nice minimalist decoration plus an 86-inch Smart connected to free streaming platforms
- Board games: Chess, bingo, cards in the living room area
- Additionally, it has a patio space with grass and a private porch with a charcoal grill and BBQ chairs

Tumbaco is a parish of the Metropolitan District of Quito, located 10 km from the center of the city of Quito, through the SimĂłn BolĂvar highway, bordered to the north by Puembo, to the south by El Valle de los Chillos, to the east by Pifo. It enjoys a dry and warmer climate than that of Quito, with an average annual temperature of 15 ° C, thanks to the lower altitude (2 355 m above sea level). For nature and ecology lovers, the house is located a few minutes walk from La ruta del Chaquiñån, which is a route with a very special landscape and color, as it runs through the landscapes of an Andean valley, with a very pleasant temperature and links some of the old railway line that linked Quito with Imbabura, passing through the tunnels and finding agricultural and vacation farms. You should not miss this route by bike.
