Nyligen renoverade naturstenhus i modern minimalistisk stil, har 3 våningar, med kapacitet för 6 personer. Det ligger i centrum av Porto, i ett lugnt bostadsområde med gratis allmän parkering framför beroende på tillgänglighet, nära Gamla stan (15 minuters promenad) och portvinkällare och flodstranden (30 minuter bort). promenad) Marquês tunnelbanestation ligger 5 minuters promenad bort om du föredrar att resa med tunnelbana och busshållplatsen ligger 50 meter bort. Perfect stay in Porto

Clean and spatious house in Bomfim, very near old centre of Porto (nice walk of 15’). Great bedrooms, clean bathroom, everything works, practical kitchen etc. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children (10 and 8). (With younger children: mind the open stairs.) We spent a very nice week in this house, while visiting family in different parts of Porto: great accesss to metro and busses.

The house is very nice, 3 floor and well spread out! Enrique is very helpful and kind person explaining all details! My little girls enjoyed the top flower as their special house :) Very recommendable! we will come back for sure! Many Thanks Enrique!

Vivienda moderna y bien decorada aunque el entorno donde se encuentra la vivienda, afea el alojamiento. La misma vivienda, en otro barrio, seria perfecta. Esta situada lejos del centro, para ir andando con niños. Buena atención y comunicacion con el propietario.

Disappointing at best

For context, we stayed in this house for 11 nights. We have stayed in over 90 places in the last 20 months as we are traveling full time so we have a lot to compare this property to. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this accommodation. For starters, the owner advertised AC. The house only has AC on the first floor. There is no AC in the upper two floors where the bedrooms are located. To make matters worse, there are no drapes, only solid wooden doors on the windows. This means at night you cannot open the windows without bright lights and the rooms become quite warm and stuffy. This was extremely uncomfortable in August. When we challenged him about this, he said that he didn’t need to explain that the bedrooms didn’t have AC on VRBO. When we first arrived, we told the owner that we would be having 2 guests for 5 days during our stay. He insisted on being paid extra for them. This would have been fine normally, but when we asked him for a second fan for the guest bedroom due to the lack of AC, he refused to provide one so we had to purchase our own. In addition to paying more for our guests, the owner demanded additional city taxes when we arrived that we did not know about in advance. We were only provided 1 set of sheets per room and 1 bath towel per person. Because we rented for 11 days, we asked for additional linens. He agreed to provide them, but never did. Consequently, we had to take our linens to a laundromat mid stay (a 25 minute walk away) to wash them on our own. There were absolutely no basic supplies in the house when we arrived (paper towels, sponges, toilet paper, water, napkins, etc.). After asking for them, they were delivered 2 days later. Even though the owner agreed to provide coffee filters, he did not provide them which rendered the coffee pot useless as we were unable to find them on our own. The house smelled of humidity and mildew despite running the dehumidifier 24/7. We were subjected to dogs barking and car alarms throughout our stay. Even though the photos on the VRBO site show side tables in the living room, they were not there. There is no place to set a drink or food down other than the floor. The room is not comfortable as a result. The most disappointing aspect of our stay was trying to get help from the owner. He went dark on us mid stay and that was it. We were on our own. Renter beware!

Cute house . 20 minute walk to downtown.

Easy meet up with the owner . Clean and cute little house. He gave us a brief explanation of the area and transit. Only complaints were the price ... listed as sleeps 6, which is does , but advertised price of $70/night is based on 2 people . Up to 6 people incurred “extra person” charges . Also, no sheets on the bed, and limited parking. Still , I would recommend this property and stay again.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. It was also in a great location. Henrique was a great host and supplied us with all of the information that we needed to enjoy the beautiful city of Porto.

Beautiful Home In Porto

The home was amazing! It was clean, close to everything we wanted to do, the host was very easy to get a hold of and was helpful when we had questions. I would highly recommend this home. I’ll definitely be renting this home again on my next visit.

Très bon séjour global

Henrique nous a très bien accueillies. Appartement agréable et conforme aux descriptions sur le site. Quartier calme. Très belle ville à découvrir avec de bons mollets !! Taxis et train peu chers appréciables pour le retour le soir.

Magnífica estancia!

Hemos estado muy a gusto. La casa es una maravilla, tiene de todo y esta cerca del centro, a 15-20 min andando. Henrique también nos atendió estupendamente.Repetiremos si volvemos a Oporto

Un superbe séjour

La maison d Henrique est magnifique grande superbement décorée moderne lumineuse. Henrique est un hôte très sympathique et de très bons conseil Porto est une merveille une ville attachante nous avons tout visité à pied nous sommes de bons marcheurs mais il y a des transports en commun tout proche
