Hus i centrum av Porto, nära Lapa tunnelbanestation, vid 1. 6 km gångavstånd från stadens historiska centrum. Restauranger och snabbköp i närheten (400 meter). Garden våningen i ett två-familly hus med egen ingång. Helt renoverat lägenhet med Wi-Fi ingår.
Består av två sovrum plus ett TV-rum med en bäddsoffa (3: e säng), ett helt nytt kök med nya vitvaror, fullt utrustat med elektrisk tre-brännare kock topp, separat ugn, diskmaskin, clothes'washing maskin och kaffebryggare med mjölkskummare - börja dagen med din egen cappuccino och färskpressad apelsinjuice på uteplatsen! Stort köksbord plats fyra bekvämt. Köket leder in till en liten solrummet som har åtkomst till nya fönster badrum samt den soliga uteplats och trädgård. Hela lägenheten för 1 till 4 personer.

Vi skulle vilja informera dig om att den 1 mars 2018 kommer staden Porto att tillämpa turistskatten på alla bokningar i alla hotell. Någon som är äldre än 13 år, stannar en natt i Porto, betalar skatt per natt, per person för högst sju raka nätter per person och per vistelse.

nice, clean and roomy place to stay

The rental was very well maintained with everything a person needs. It was also very clean with a lovely garden. However, for us, being elderly seniors, we found it too far to walk to the city center.

A quiet spot on the edge of the city

A very helpful host and a comfortable two bedroom house with everything we needed for a four day stay. Very quiet neighborhood and a nice garden. A bit of a walk to the metro station but doable. We would be happy to return.

Porto stay

My husband and i had a wonderful stay in Porto. The VRBO manager welcomed us as we arrived and explained everything about the apartment. There was a bowl of oranges in the kitchen along with a bottle if water. We were happy with our stay and would stay here again while visiting Porto.

Perfect location

We are really satisfied with our stay in this cosy home. Rui is really helpful and sorted us out even tho we had one extra visitor. Amazing restaurants close by.We will be back for for another visit in the future.Thanks for a great time!

Small 2 bedroom futon

Confortable, well equipped, clean walk-in (no stairs) apartment with garden to enjoy. Best for 3 people but could accommodate 4. Host was very responsive. Close to grocery store & some restaurants. Short Uber & 30-minute walk to centre & water front.

Quaint Porto home

This host goes out of his way to ensure that guests have everything they could possibly need. Believe it or not, wine, fruit, coffee, tea, refrigerated water, toiletries, laundry supplies, dishwashing supplies .... the list goes on and on. You will be very impressed. The host is a lovely man, who will help you with whatever you need. Truly enjoyable!

Convenient

The property is well located. Pingo Dose is a short walk for groceries. The Metro is close and there several restaurants nearby. Parking can be a bit difficult. The property is well supplied with everything you need to fix meals.

Excellent spot - super quiet

We loved staying at Rui's place. We were able to walk downtown every day and enjoy the hustle and bustle but then return to the apartment located in a very quiet neighbourhood. Being just a few minutes walk from a good sized grocery store was an extra bonus. Thanks for everything Rui!

Great and quiet apartment in Porto

Lovely stay with a quiet outdoor space, 2 bedrooms, and a full kitchen. It is located in a good spot as you are near the metro and within walking distance of the sites. Rui was a great host and very helpful!

Amazing!

Everything was perfect! Very quiet and clean with a cozy charming garden. We were 4 adults and stayed 2 nights in Rui’s place. Comfy bed, coffee, wine fruits… thank you so much Rui! We really enjoyed our time in Porto! We’ll come back!

Nice House Close to Metro and Bus

The house is quiet, clean with a nice garden and only a 9 minute walk from the Metro station Lapa. Rui is quick answering all questions. We had a great time.

Lovely quiet retreat

Rui was a wonderful host; greeting us to orient us to everything in the flat including a few treats he provided. We enjoyed the garden for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine after a day sightseeing. It was a good walk to the main tourist area but transit is also convenient. There is a good grocery store within a short walk. The location was nice and quiet for sleeping.

Nice and quiet!

Our place was very close to historic Porto. We could walk which was an advantage. We had a car and we were able to park very close to the suite. Lots of room- 2 bedrooms, our host welcomed us and answered all our questions. (comfy beds).

Perfect For Us!

My niece and I spent 3 nights is this 2 sweet bedroom apartment. Our host, Rui, is a delight! He was waiting for us when we arrived, explained the necessities, and provided fruit, tea, coffee, and even a bottle of wine! Lastly, the bedding was warm and cozy, which was perfect after a long day of touring. Thank you Rui!

Wonderful Holiday Stay

We had an enjoyable stay at this property. Rui is an excellent host as he provided us with some "essentials" when we first checked in (milk, oranges, wine, cheese, etc). He also brought us a lovely Christmas gift (we stayed here over the holidays) of port wine and pao de lo and even had a small Christmas tree set-up for us when we checked in. The house is as advertised. Unfortunately, we were never able to take advantage of the lovely garden in the back due to the weather.

Great host & lovely place

A friend and I stayed for about two weeks and I’m grateful that we came across it in our search. The apartment is quaint and had everything we needed. I especially appreciated that it had some basics that allowed us to cook our own meals on occasion, loved the backyard and although it is close to downtown Porto it’s located in a quiet neighborhood. Rui is the best host we could have asked for! He was warm, welcoming, accommodating, very responsive and just super kind. Although I arrived well before check-in time, he allowed me to already leave my luggage there, and we even went to a neighborhood café having a very pleasant chat and he gave me some great recommendations. Would definitely stay there again when in Porto. Thank you Rui!
