This gorgeous 2nd floor, fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with secure parking and security is newly built with the most spectacular finishes. Has lift access and lovely views over the Constantia Mountains.
The apartment is centrally located 10 min drive to Kirstenbosch gardens, 2 min to Constantia and Constantia wine farms, 20 min drive to Town and the V&A Waterfront.
Largely unaffected by load-shedding as the apartment is on an essential grid.

Contemporary Chic 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment situated a stone's throw from the fabled Constantia Wine route, Alphen Trail, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Constantia Village, Alphen Hotel, Chart Farm and Chelsea Village.
All comforts have been catered for, including a Nespresso machine and coffee plunger, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, plenty of silverware, glassware, plates, mugs, pots and pans to make you feel at home.
Both bedrooms are fitted with crisp white linen and superior duvet and pillows, promising a good night's rest after exploring the Constantia Winelands and the greater Cape.
Both bathrooms' large walk-in showers come with soap, shampoo and conditioner and plush bath towels to freshen up before or after a long day out.
Head out and visit one of Cape Townâs farmersâ markets and pick up local ingredients to later craft a meal in the fully equipped kitchen or find your way to Muizenberg beach and try your hand at surfing on the ideal beginners wave for miles.
During your stay you will have access to high-speed internet and a SmartTV with Netflix. Please use your own sign-in credentials to watch shows.
We provide an iron and hair dryer.
