Denna Studio är en underbar tillflyktsort mitt i det pulserande universitetsdistriktet i Seattle. Oavsett om det här är första gången du besöker Seattle eller ditt hem hemifrån, är vår Studio ett idealiskt ställe att uppleva vår stora stad.

Många underbara bekvämligheter, alla med gångavstånd. University of Washington Campus, Husky Stadium. gott om restauranger i nästan alla kök, barnsjukhus, lätta järnvägsstation med enkel tillgång till centrala Seattle och flygplatsen, University Farmers Market (öppet året runt på lördagar från 9:00 till 21:00) och University Village köpcentrum för att nämna några.

Beautiful neighborhood & Excellent location!

This adorable studio was perfect for my stay in Seattle for a concert & lake day. The grounds are gorgeous, lovely private patio for morning coffee & evening cocktail, & awesome location. Both Green Lake & Lake Washington are very close along with tons of bars, restaurants & shopping. Kristi is very responsive & has packed in all you will need for a stay, even a bottle of wine. Thank you Kristi! I will definitely stay here again if I ever need a comfortable place to stay for a weekend trip to Seattle :-)

Kristy's place is adorable!

You can tell Kristy takes pride in her place and as a host. Her place is beautiful! Her back yard is beautiful! The studio was cute, comfortable, and clean. She gave some extra touches like a bottle of wine, snacks, tea, coffee, and chocolates. I would 100% recommend Kristy's place.

Was a decent stay. There are bus stops nearby and the link rail station of U district which will take you to downtown and airport. Th area looks good especially the University of Washington campus. Good option to stay in Seattle if you are on a budget.

Everything was amazing!

The check-in process was seamless and the accommodations were perfect for our visit to Seattle! Kristi was an OUTSTANDING host! They were super friendly and the space was well kept, stylish, and made for a wonderful stay. I couldn’t say enough positive things about this stay!

Lovely small studio apartment, great location

Kristi’s apartment was clean and bright, the bed super-comfortable, and all communication clear. The quiet tree-lined boulevard felt very safe, and it was a short walk to restaurants and stores. My stay was in May, and the inviting garden around the apartment and adjoining home was bursting with spring splendor. The apartment doesn’t have a whole lot of floor or personal storage space, but it’s fine for two people who don’t need extra room to “spread out.” I wouldn’t hesitate to stay with Kristi again!

Lovely studio apartment

Clean and comfortable, excellent location for visiting our son at UDub. Delicious snacks and a bottle of wine awaited us. We loved sitting out on the spacious deck enjoying the afternoon sun.

Great location, easy parking and comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay in Kristi's suite. The bed was comfortable, and many amenities, including coffee and snacks, were provided. We were also greeted with a bottle of wine, which was an added touch! Her cat, Miso, is very friendly and visited us each morning. She was a great hostess from whom we welcomed the snuggles. Parking was a sinch, and is within walking distance to the farmer's market. It is close to many other restaurants as well so we didn't have to worry about driving and parking anywhere. We enjoyed staying further from downtown and taking the train, which the station is also only a short 15 to 20-minute walk away. We would stay here again!

Perfect weekend

For the first time ever the pictures didn't do the property justice.. We were pleasantly surprised at how perfect the property was for ous and our " city getaway". The hosts were on point for all of our needs and went above and beyond for us. A quick walk to the light rail, lots of restaurants and thrift shops nearby and not to mention the perfect walk to the Burke and the Neptune. Showing up to a our place with a bottle of wine waiting, spoiled us; we will be back. Thanks

Great place and a great value!

We loved our three night stay in Seattle for a wedding! This place was just what we needed! There is not a lot of storage space and that was the only draw back! The thoughtful extra touches were very appreciated! Communication was pretty spot on. Check in was super easy! We walked through a lovely yard to get to our area and our brief interaction with family was very gracious! We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on our patio. Thank you for our stay and should we find ourselves back in the Seattle area, we hope you will be free for us to book again.

Perfect retreat

This bright and cozy studio has everything you would need for a super comfortable stay in the Universtiy district in Seattle. It’s close to the light rail, too, so you can leave your car parked at the studio. Kristi is fantastic host as well.

Super cozy place near UW.

It was the perfect location for the two of us. Quiet, and we felt very safe. The place was super nice. Everything is detailed and written down on things and instructions.cafe, soaps, shampoo and conditioner is provided. We even got to see Puddles, their pet rabbit. Neighbor hood is great. It is walking distance to very good places and even a small Target.

Great Location

Very airy and bright. It gets a bit of sun in the afternoon but the central AC kept it cool. Lovely neighborhood; close to eateries. We will re-book if our daughter continues to live in UDistrict.

This is a vibrant place where we get out and enjoy all the city as to offer, boating on the Puget Sound in the Summer, Skiing/boarding in the winter and everything in between.

Our home has a wonderful studio space above the garage that we use not only to host travelers but also for our out of town family to be able to enjoy. We have had the best guests and feel fortunate to be able to use this space to host.
