Our condo is quiet and perfect for people who want to get away from the hustle & bustle of daily life. The condo is spacious and offers plenty of natural and a mountain view. It is located in Sandstone Villas, located in a great neighborhood on the south end of Palm Springs. Set amongst palm trees and manicured landscaping, the community offers 4 heated pools & spas, located just steps outside the unit. All guests are provided with a covered parking space, and have access to all of the community's amenities, which include 3 pickleball/tennis courts, a basketball court, fitness room, game room, BBQ grills, and laundry rooms.
Featuring new furniture, appliances and fixtures, our unit is freshly updated to give you all of the modern comforts of home. Meticulous touches and colorful mid-century nods have been added to our condo to create the perfect desert getaway. Ideal for relaxing in the sunshine and immersing yourself in the Palm Springs experience, our condo features bright colors that complement the magical tones of the desert sky. The kitchen, living and dining rooms have an open floor plan - perfect for spending time with your group.
Both bedrooms feature plush mattresses, luxurious linens and extra pillows to enhance your comfort. The primary bedroom has a King bed, en-suite bathroom, flat screen Smart TV, and sliding glass doors that lead to a sitting area on the patio. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, en-suite bathroom, and sliding glass doors.
There is something very special and welcoming about this warm and picturesque gated community. From the splendid mountain views, to the meticulously maintained grounds, we offer you the luxury and convenience of a resort, with the comfort and conveniences of a condo that makes you feel like you're home.

Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. We will take care of everything from hosted check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. We are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours.
