Ideal Beachfront for Group: 2 Adjoining Apts!
Two adjoining, newly-renovated apartments in one beachfront condo, right on the best beach in the metro area! The studio is upscale modern, perfect for a couple or 2-4 teens/young adults and features a kitchenette, queen bed, two-twin trundle, and full bathroom. The one-bedroom is beachy/rustic, has a main bedroom with walk-in closet, two sofa beds (one full, one twin) in the living room, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a large dining room table for 6-8 people!
The space
Two newly renovated apartments in a highly desirable building on the best beach in the metro area of Puerto Rico!
The apartments are 5 minutes from the airport and boasts easy access to virtually all of the amazing tourist spots in PR! On the beach right behind the building you will find: Safe swimming water, umbrella and beach chair rentals, Jet Ski rentals, Banana boat rentals, Parasailing, great food and drinks right on the beach, and lots of fun people-watching!
(The tennis courts are currently under repair as of April 2023)
Important note as we go into hurricane season!!! Technically this apartmentâs cancellation policy is 30 days. However, we understand that if a hurricane is coming to Puerto Rico, people might not want to travel. Therefore, for any bookings from September 1 to November 1, if there is a serious threat of a hurricane and you donât want to come at that time, we would be happy to move your reservation to another date without any penalty. In other words, you can reschedule your vacation without losing any money with us!!!

Hi there! I am Adriana, and I am so excited to be hosting you on my beautiful island of Puerto Rico! I manage these apartments along with my colleague Magdalena, Our goal is to make your stay fun, hassle-free, and unforgettable! We manage three properties all on the best beach in the metro area, Isla Verde. We are here to help with any kind of advice and support you need while here in La Isla Del Encanto!
PS. The profits from the apartment rentals go to a fund to support my best friend Kendra's brother who is a special needs adult. My BFF Kendra died unexpectedly at the age of 54, and up until then she was his source of economic and emotional help. We are so happy to be able to step up for him in her memory!
