The property was extremely clean and well kept, and everything, including the AC units, were in good working order. There was a brief power outage affecting the neighborhood and the owners kept us informed as to the situation and the power generator worked throughout the outage. The location is great with lots of beaches and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. All and all a great place to stay for families or friends needing lots of bed rooms and great gathering spaces inside or out by the pool.

Family beach vacation

We spent a week here. 6 adults. Excellent location and pristine house/grounds. Quiet neighborhood. House is well equipped with everything you need. Beach nearby was the best. Plenty to do around town. Excellent dining in the area. Top 10 of rental properties we have stayed through the years. We will be back.

Outstanding property

We absolutely loved our stay. The adults and grandchildren spent a lot of time in the pool❤️. very clean with a well stocked kitchen, bath and pool towels. The washer & dryer was a plus! Great location to visit the nearby beaches and downtown Rincon. Highly recommend if you are looking for a large house for your family vacation!

Love the house, location, and owners

Have rented from these owners multiple times. Both this house as well as the house next door are wonderful, as is the location. Rincon is a fun little beach town too!!

Great location!!

Our family stayed here for a month, and the location and house could not have been better. Very close to walk to the marina and beach areas. Pool was a great addition for the hot, sunny weather. The house provided room for all of us to spread out.

Perfection!

The only bad thing about this house was having to leave. The home was clean, spacious, and easy to find. Close to beaches, the light house, and the town plaza for the art walk on Thursday nights. The pool was refreshing on the hot days and the neighborhood vibe was overall peaceful. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in Rincon.

Beautiful, clean home

It was a beautiful home in a great location. Within walking distance to a lot of fun things, including the beach. Very clean and easy check-in. The only issue was lack of hot/warm showers.

Family Birthday Celebration

This was our first family vacation in a long time. This home was a perfect fit for our family. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. Everyone loved the house and the pool. It was beautiful, very clean and close to everything. The only issue we had was the washing machine didn't work, but they replaced it while we were there. We will definitely be back.

Family Memories of a Lifetime

We will be back! This house had plenty of space for our group of 9, the youngest member of our party was 12 so we didn’t have any small people. Kitchen was fully stocked. Pool was lovely and well maintained. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. They gave us many good recommendations for activities. The location is prime. Walking distance to the beach and close to everything in Rincon.

Paradise

The house is lovely. Well stocked with everything we needed. Quick responses from the manager when we called with a concern. There is no fence around the pool so people with toddlers should beware. For adults, it’s the perfect place to stay for a vacation.

Comfortable stay

The house is very spacious. Problem with me I didn’t like the location it’s too excluded and the parking lot should be fix the ramp should be lower. But overall the house it’s beautiful. We enjoy the pool.

Good location

Very short (<5 minute) walk to beach and restaurants. Short drive to grocery store and other restaurants. House was nice, 5 rooms were of good size and well maintained. Pool was awesome. No fault of the owners, but feel I should mention the neighbors have dogs that like to bark quite a lot. We would definitely rent this house again.

Enjoyable, very nice, the best place to spend time with your family. The water in the pool a little bit cold but that has nothing to do with the facility. This has more to do with the season. I love the facility and the proximity to nearby restaurants and places of interest. GREAT.

Our newest creation is not only meant for larger families but has an open feel based on a lot of past input on what travels really want in a vaction home. All our Vacation Homes are in Rincon Puerto Rico and the newest was custom created and designed with an open floor plan on the main level and views of the private pool from many windows. Large palm trees were brought in to continue our overall theme of the wonderful topics that surround those lucky enough to get here.

Perfectly located for an easy 4-5 minute walk to several swimming beaches as well as restaurants, a dive shop, water rentals, horseback riding and the local Rincon Plaza with more shops and restaurants to explore. If you are lucky enough to be in Rincon on a Thursday, don't miss Art Walk between 6 pm and midnight in the plaza. Live music, artist booths and plenty of food.
