With a view that will leave your mind still and your heart happy, we invite you to see Rincon from "Tranquilo" our sanctuary in the sky. Conveniently located in the sought-after Puntas area. Every square inch of this amazing luxury, courtyard-style villa was created with clear intent; one of artistry and enjoyment. For the first time ever, we open our doors to you!

Tranquilo embraces an open air, light-filled layout with 5 well-appointed bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms (studio has 1/2 bath) and separate entrance. All bedrooms have their own entrance, creating privacy within your group making the home perfect for multiple couples and older families alike. On the second floor you'll find the 3 main bedrooms all leading to the outdoor lounge area with stunning views. Perfect for whale watching! On the first floor you have the 4th bedroom, living area, kitchen, dining, laundry room, 1/2 shared bath with steps to the pool. Sit in the infinity pool watching the waves break at world renowned Sandy Beach-just 350 steps away.

60 bday celebration

The place was nicer than the pictures. That's often not the case so we were pleasantly surprised. Vacationing during a country-wide power outage had its challenges, however the property manager responded in a timely manner to all concerns/issues.

Fabulous

Fabulous house with wonderful pool and gorgeous views of the ocean. Our family of 9 ages 9-81 had a wonderful week of swimming, snorkeling, fishing, horseback riding, jet skiing and surfing all within close proximity to Tranquilo. Couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to spend our week.

Puerto Rico vaca

The house was beautiful, roomy and comfortable for our adult group of 9. The layout allowed us to visit and not feel crowded. Our morning ocean view was a treat and our upper balcony star gazing was splendid. This house is close to dining spots, close to beaches and Rincon. This house is a revisit next time we come to Rincon!!

Wonderful family home

Our family of 9 had a wonderful time at this home- it was perfect for all ages. We had space to all spread out, as well as plenty of communal spaces for us to hang out together. The pool was great and there were plenty of nearby beaches for our surfers and sand fans! We loved the views, and everything about the property was very comfortable and easy to enjoy. There were lovely features like the outdoor grill space, kitchen ice maker, drink fridge, and plenty of indoor and outdoor dining spaces. We have traveled to many different places and have stayed in a variety of homes, and a couple of things we truly appreciated were the outdoor coral patio flooring around the pool which never got hot- we were able to walk on it even at the hottest part of the day, and the clay flooring inside the home that was smooth and held the perfect temperature and texture for walking barefoot. We would gladly return to stay here!

Absolutely Gorgeous!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tranquilo! The house accommodated our crew so comfortably. We loved the open air feel of the house and the pool was luxurious! The view is breathtaking, we even saw humpback whales breaching in the ocean as we floated in the pool! Communication with Erica was fantastic, we had a minor plumbing problem that was tended to on the same day with no inconvenience at all. The grounds are cared for weekly, the pool is clean and maintained twice a week which is nice. As others have mentioned, the hill leading up to the house is unbelievably steep! We laughed at how it could not be any steeper and be a vaible road! No problem though, those who cannot manage it can be transported by vehicle up and down, there are places to park at the bottom of the hill if needed. Also, the house is within walking distance to the beach, Big Kahuna Bar, Tamboo, Jack's Shack, Java Hut (?), Mango Surf Shop...We loved it and will definitely rent this house again!!

4th of July trip

The house is gorgeous! The view is stunning! We had a wonderful time in the pool grilling on the back porch. It’s very close to Sandy Beach and all of the great surfing spots in Rone. We had a wonderful time.

Beyond words!

Tranquilo is truly a paradise in Rincon. The home is stunning, the exterior is like your own private resort, and the property managers are on top of anything you might need while youre there. I cannot recommend this home highly enough.

Great house and location

Great location off Sandy Beach. Close to beach bar restaurants. Hosts were attentive. The house is roomy and private even for my large family. It was well stocked. The views are incredible from inside the house the pool deck and outdoor seating areas. I highly recommend as it has both a great location as well as a large beautiful house with views.

Perfect Get-Away Beach Holiday

The Tranquilo property in Rincon , PR was everything we hoped for. Spacious with amazing views and sunsets. Perfect salt-water pool and 5 minute walk to one of the nicest family beaches on west coast of Puerto Rico. Everything needed was with a 10 minute drive.. supermarket, restaurants, breakfast cafes, etc. A couple of issues that arose were immediately taken care of with quick response time and super-capable local craftsmen. Our week was amazing!!

Absolute Perfection

The description of Tranquillo is spot on. We travelled with 2 families, 4 parents and 4 kids ranging in age from 9-15. The house is comfortable and spacious. The pool and outdoor grilling area far surpassed my expectations. Rincon is a great area to travel with family or friends. I highly recommend this property. The communication with property management was fast and friendly. I cannot wait to return!

An Amazing time

This house has incredible views, an amazing infinity edge pool and wonderful sleep and living spaces. The property managers Ryan and Erika were amazing. We needed to contact them for some minor things during our stay (the power in the area went out briefly) and were met with immediate solutions. The house was clean and spacious. I would stay there again in a heartbeat

Perfect for our family

Walked in after a long day of travel to a clean house that smelled amazing! The view and pool were a huge hit for our family. We had age ranges from 8 years old to the grandparents and everyone really enjoyed the house. Great location at Sandy beach, we enjoyed the walk to the beach and had fun with who could race back up the hill after tacos at the Jack Shack and drinks at Tamboo. Easy responsive communication with the management team who even arranged a cleaning person to come during our long stay. Thank you for a lovely home where we made great lifelong family memories.

The perfect vacation retreat!

What a great property, best view in Rincon handsdown. Our group a mix of couples and singles had an amazing time. The house was perfectly situated and appointed. I especially liked that each sleeping area had its own bathroom and was completely separate from Living room/kitchen and pool deck. Those who wanted to sleep in easily could and the early risers had a place to go as well. The view I will never forget, this is our 13th year visiting Rincon and this property is uncomfortable. Ryan and his team were extremely responsive for the few needs we had. I very much hope we will be able to return next year.

Surf getaway

Beautiful home with a stunning view of the ocean. The living space was open and the 5 ensuites made it comfortable and private. The kitchen space was good for shared cooking experiences. The pool was spectacular and definitely the most loved part of the entire property. Unless you want to drive to the beach (we didn't) the walk down to beach access is pretty daunting. Not everyone in our party could make it - there is no path, just the road, that has a very steep pitch and was traveled pretty heavily due to construction at the house next door. The house itself was clean when we arrived. A huge bonus for the linens which smelled amazing and for providing plenty of beach towels. We also really appreciated having laundry detergent, dish soap and other necessities. Management was responsive with any issues we had (nothing major). While beautiful and clean, the house was a little dated and had a few things that needed repair - nothing that impacted our stay. Fresh cushions on the outdoor furniture and maybe updated living room furniture would be great. Overall, this was just what our extended family of 8 was looking for.

Loved our stay at Tranquilo

Beautiful, relaxing stay at Tranquilo. There's no way you could beat the view and the pool. House was well equipped, inc. beach towels. The management group was super responsive to questions and any issues we had. We were traveling with smaller kids, and we didn't realize that all the bedrooms were separated by external entrances only-- so we had to split up adults so no littles were alone. The setup is probably better for older kids or couples. And the studio bedroom definitely has some water/mildew issues. I'd call it more a 4 bedroom for that reason (although they are likely addressing the issue.) All in all though, we loved it and would definitely recommend it!

Amazing, Awesome, Everything

The house was incredible! phenomenal views, immaculately kept, well appointed and stocked. It was the perfect amount of space for two families of four plus a teenage helper to wrangle our kids. The bedrooms are completely separate from one another and the main living floor of the house which provided welcome privacy. There is an outdoor hallway, and although it rained on and off all week it never really bothered us - views were still stunning rain or shine! The house is perched up on a high hill which affords the incredible views, and just down the hill is the beach and a few places to eat and drink. We loved the convenience and vibes of the neighborhood. The hill is pretty steep, something to know if you are traveling with super young children or elderly - you’ll be driving up and down vs walking. Also, next door is currently under construction but the rain had them packing it in early each day so it didn’t bother us too much - it really takes a lot to outdo the beauty and peace of this beautiful spot! We all agreed we can’t wait to rent it again!

Perfect Beach Location For Vacationing Friends

We are 4 couples who like to explore different beach locations each year on vacation. Tranquilo was perfect for us. We each had our private suite with a private entrance. Sounds never carried thru the walls. The beds were all very comfortable. It was so nice to have our own private area and then we could all meet in the kitchen/dining room/living area. It was nice to have a dining room table for 10. We had fun playing games around it each night. But what we used the most was the outdoor area. Even though it was warm, we loved having the patio sitting area for relaxing. We especially loved the infinity pool and spent most of our time there. The view was incredible! There are grocery stores close by for those, who like us, prefer to grill out and not eat out all the time. There are also beaches that are more calm, close by, than the beach seen from the pool. Whenever we contacted the owner/management, they responded immediately, including last January when we asked the address so that we could drive by to see the place when my husband and I were in Puerto Rico. Having had a beach house in an ocean setting, we were very impressed at the condition of the house. The colorful tiles, nice paint job, appliances that worked, the pool people who come twice a week, all say that this home is lovingly taken are of and it shows. There wasn't any of the typical rust that you see in beach houses. We loved our visit and would like to come back again, once we figure out how to fly into the local airport. It is a truly wonderful place to vacation!
