The primary master suite boasts a king-size bed, an attached spa-like bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. The second master suite also includes a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an adjoining sitting area with a sofa bed and has pool access. The third bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed and is conveniently located next to a separate bathroom with shower.

The villa is fully equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay, including a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, an iron, cable TV, high-speed internet, and a phone for U.S. calls. Entertainment options abound with a pool table, table tennis, games, and books. Comfortable and stylish furnishings throughout the villa ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

The villa is very quiet and centrally located. Stores, grocery stores and numerous restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Banks and gas stations as well as golf and tennis courts are also just a short drive away. A cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and much more are waiting for you.

You can rent a boat to this villa, just ask for it when booking.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.
