Helt ny lyx 3.200+ SF-villa i villorna på Fairway. Denna vackra stadsbostad i slutet av enheten är större än de flesta enfamiljshus i området och har kärleksfullt inredda för att ge alla bekvämligheter du kan behöva eller behöver när du är på din semester. Den första våningen har ett tvåvånings stort rum med en eldstad, perfekt för de kyliga icke-sommarnätter. Njut av den 65 "4K LED-TV över spisen, komplett med ett Sonos-surroundljudsystem, som lätt kan ses och höras från kök och frukostområden. Gourmetköket har en expansiv frukostbar där familjen kan njuta av måltider eller cocktails på kvällen. Gott om kvartsräknare för att förbereda måltider och snacks. Dubbel ugnsgasområde, med en kombinerad mikrovågsugn / konvektionsugn över intervallet. Ett morgonrum översvämmat av ljus ligger utanför matområdet. Befälhavaren svit är belägen på första våningen, komplett med en king size-säng, en 55 "LED väggmontering smart TV och en privat ingångsdörr till bakdäck för att njuta av morgonkaffe eller solnedgångar på kvällen. Masterbadet har dubbla handfat och en helkaklad 7 "dusch med regndusch och en konventionell duscharmatur. Ytterligare två sovrum ligger på första våningen, vardera med en queen size-säng och en 32 "smart TV. Dessa sovrum delar sitt eget badrum. Den första våningen har också en stor tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Loftet på andra våningen är perfekt för barn att titta på TV - med en 55 "4K LED-TV och gott om sittplatser. Det finns ett fjärde stort sovrum på andra våningen, komplett med en 48 "smart TV, med ett angränsande badkar, som enkelt kan fungera som en andra master svit för grupper med par. Ett femte sovrum / bonusrum med två extra långa enkelsängar och en drottning bäddsoffa och en smart LED-TV - perfekt för barnen som lekrum om dagen och extra sova på natten.

Alla TV-apparater är hårda anslutna för både kabel och internet, så inga strömningsproblem. Huset är också anslutet och utrustat med förstärkare för internet-tjänsten - så hela familjen kan njuta av sin trådlösa elektronik utan buffring. Och kompletterar TV-surroundljudet är Sonos-högtalare i varje sovrum, så att alla kan lyssna på sin favoritmusik.

Utanför finns ett sammansatt däck som sträcker sig hela hemmet med en uteplatsgrupp för att njuta av utsikten. Laga din favoritmat på den helt nya gasgrillen med en dedikerad propanlinje. Efter en lång dag på stranden kan du njuta av en uppfriskande rengöring i den stora utomhusduschen.

Great vacation

Our 4th stay in this lovely home only 3 miles from the beach. Well equipped with linens, beach chairs, umbrellas, and bicycles. Easy to communicate with property manager and owners. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful vacation home

My family of 12 8 adults and 4 teenagers stayed in this beautiful home. This house had everything anyone could possibly need on vacation from bikes and sand chairs and umbrellas to large pots to make pasta for all of us. Close to both grocery stores and beverage centers and our surroundings were just beautiful with a small pond behind the house. We really loved this house but the 5 hr ride was very long.

Well supplied beach house

We love staying in this home. It fits our family of 8 adults and 3 children (ages 2-7) well. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and bicycles in the garage keep us from having to transport extra items. We like to grill and cook at home. The kitchen is well stocked with any utensil or small appliance needed. The sunroom works well as a playroom. Love the extra sitting area/living space upstairs. That became our “dance party” site after baths and before children’s bedtimes. The children enjoyed the neighborhood pool and although we have to drive to the beach, it’s a quick 10-15 minute drive.

wonderful place to vacation with our family!

Awesome house with plenty of room for our family of 7 adults and 5 kids! Everyone was impressed with all that was included with this house. Pretty much everything you could need was provided. Very very generous of the owners. The house is very large, has an amazing Sonos sound system, TV's , great kitchen and appliances, beautiful large deck for viewing wildlife and stars at night, and an awesome community pool, tennis courts, and playground! Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, easy drive to town and nearby beaches. You can't go wrong with this place. We will definitely be back

Well stocked house, short drive to the beach!

The house is very well stocked. From multiple style blenders for margaritas to mostly any spice or seasoning you will need. The garage has bikes and nearly everything you’ll need at the beach. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We enjoyed walking around and swimming at the pool. The pond out back makes for a nice sight while enjoying the large deck. We had a group of 10, the kids enjoyed loft area, plenty of seating everywhere. Adults enjoyed coffee a drinks in the sunroom.. Plenty of great features here do not overlook the outdoor shower and bonus (massive) fridge in the garage. Some things could have been alittle cleaner. The cleaning crew needs to spend some more time dusting. And the trash schedule is not ideal. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. We did have a few hiccups, however the property manager Kris is very responsive and was able to sort everything out quickly.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We were three generations, 6 adults and 6 children/teen. The house is beautiful and so spacious. It is fully stocked with anything you will need. We got a lot of use out of the 12 bikes in the neighborhood. People in the community were all very friendly. The pool, Pickleball courts, and fitness center were used by our group. We also enjoyed the catch and release pond behind the house. We caught many good size bass and bull heads. They are two beach carts, beach umbrellas, and over twenty beach chairs for use. It was also wonderful to have a second refrigerator in the garage. Kris, the property manager, was always quick to respond and answer any questions we had and gave a wonderful tour of the house on arrival snd helpful tips. We have been coming to the Bethany Beach area for 13 years and this house is at the top of our list. We would definitely like to return again!

Family beach week

Good for a family’s vacation at the beach which is not too far of a drive. Was very nice to have the pool and pickleball courts in walking distance. The house was stocked with prior guests pantry items as well as many kitchen appliances and dishware, etc. We would say it comfortably sleeps 8 people (in beds) otherwise it’s pullout couches located in a very bright and open loft area. Noise echoes greatly due to lack of rugs and window treatments and more towels per guest would have been appreciated.

Beautiful house, great location!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home located just minutes from downtown Bethany Beach. The property provided access to a community pool and tennis/pickle ball courts, along with bikes, beach chairs, and linens/towels. There was so much to do, we just didn't have enough time to do it all!

Family friendly property

Lovely home able to accommodate many family members with 3 bedrooms on main floor and 2 additional bedrooms on upper floor. Short drive to beach and a pool within walking distance. Easy checkin process. Friendly manager Lisa available to deal with any problems - a beeping smoke detector and a leak under the kitchen sink this visit. Loved the additional of the shades in the morning room. Back deck a great place to hang out in the evening. Lots of space to spread out.

Spacious and well stocked

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the house very much! It worked out wonderfully for our three families! The kids enjoyed sleeping in the extra room and on the lounges and couch in the loft; it was perfect for them to be together! The king size bedrooms had plenty of space for our 3 month old to sleep in a pack-n-play with extra room to spare. The kitchen had plenty of supplies to use and the outside grill was a nice bonus! We loved the fact that there were plenty of beach chairs and bikes to use if needed and the beach cart was so handy! We did use the community pool a few times and one person in our party used the fitness area. That was nice to have access to both! We would highly recommend this property and would definitely consider booking again in the future!

Summer Vaca

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this home in Ocean View, Delaware. It had everything one could imagine and more. The neighbors were friendly and we enjoyed petting and playing with all the 4 legged furry children in the neighborhood. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Awesome experience

The neighborhood was excellent and the people so friendly an atmosphere of belonging, and convenient location, just minutes to the beach. The bike tracks were seemed, an I didn't even had to take my bike, they have plenty of bikes there. The house was excellent an Lisa, the person in charge, was very nice and attentive. We hope to stay there again, my family loved it

Best Beach house yet!

We regularly visit Bethany Beach and rent a house; out of all my trips, this has been the best yet! Everything was neat and clean, the pantry well stocked and didn’t need to use much of my own things! Kris, the manager, was fantastic! We hope to book this house again!

Wonderful property

We couldn’t have loved this property any more than we did! Beautiful accommodations, well-equipped house and we were all so comfortable! The added features of linens/towels included, as well as beach chairs and umbrellas was very much appreciated. The owners promptly got back to all our questions and the property manager was knowledgeable and attentive. This house made our much-needed vacation feel perfect!

Great vacation home for family

The home was perfect for our family - plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms. The kitchen and family room were generous in size and packed with amenities. The home was close to the community pool, which was great for us and our grandchildren, and not far from the beach. Having bikes, beach chairs & umbrellas for use at the beach was wonderful. And not having to provide linens/towels was a huge plus. Our only negative was the white pet hair that was on the master bedroom quilt, some of the upholstery, and outside furniture.

Top Notch!

Having rented before we were very familiar with the process and were more than pleased from start to finish with this rental. The owners were quick to respond to our inquiries, the property manager kept us up to date on all events, and most important the home was AMAZING - Even better than pictured and expected. Our family of 11 had more than enough room, everything we needed. We look forward to returning with the rest of our family !

Beautiful Home

Plenty of space for 8 adults and 1 child. Loved the availability of bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Outdoor shower is a plus. Outdoor grill easy to use and convenient. Multiple dishes, silverware, pots and pans, utensils, etc. Great location. Beach is close (10 minute drive) and the community pool, although small, is within walking distance. Responsive owners and property manager. Loved using the keypad and not having to worry about who had the keys. 😊 Looking forward to returning next summer

We just returned from a great week at this property. They have everything you could need or think of in the kitchen, house, and recreation. The extra refrigerator also was a very thoughtful addition. We had 12 total and still had plenty of room to spread out. Thanks for a great week!
