This outstanding Ocean Breeze Villa shows pride of ownership throughout. Every detail is updated to provide a warm and comfortable environment for your vacation getaway. Located just a short walk from the beach, this 3 bedroom 3 bath villa provides all the comforts of home with a Coastal Vibe! When you walk through the front door you will immediately notice the quality and craftsmanship that has gone into making this villa one of the best in Hilton Head. The first floor features a separate bedroom with King bed, a separate bath with walk-in shower and an open living area that keeps everyone connected. The kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops and upgraded cabinets. The dining area features a table with seating for 6, with three stools at the kitchen island, and the adjacent living area provides ample seating for your entire group.

The second floor features two additional guest bedrooms, laundry area and two ensuite bathrooms. Guest room one features a king sized bed with an attached ensuite with a walk-in shower. Guest room 2 is perfect for the kids with a full bed, twin bed and attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All rooms feature flat screen TVs and free Wifi, internet and cable TV.

This villa also includes four bicycles for your use while in Hilton Head and complimentary Tennis, or paid Pickleball Court time at the South Beach Pickleball and Racquet Club.

This is a pet friendly villa and we will allow one dog under 40 lbs, a separate charge of $195 will be billed for the pet fee.

The Ocean Breeze complex contains three outdoor pools which are open from April 1 through September 30th each year. The pools are not heated. There is also a tennis court on site for those who wish to play some tennis at the beach. There are 3 golf courses in Sea PInes open to the public just about one mile away and 27 holes at Shipyard, also just about one mile away.

Your beach gear is included at no additional charge. 4 beach chairs, a beach cart, and 6 beach towels are provided. There is also a pack'n'play provided in case you have little ones that need accommodations as well.
