Gå 12 minuter på en trädskuggad väg till stranden från dessa 3 sovrum, 3 badrum, riklig och ren Ocean Breeze Villa i South Forest Beach. Eller ta ett stänk på gemenskapens pool, nästan strax bakom huset.
Nära Coligny Plaza, med sina restauranger och butiker, är denna husdjursvänliga enhet redo för dig och din familj att njuta av din välförtjänta semester!
På första våningen hittar du ett fullt utrustat kök, matsal och vardagsrum med bäddsoffa. Det finns ett sovrum med en queen size-säng och badrum. Du hittar också en garderob med barnleksaker, vagn, stolar och paraply att ta till stranden. På verandaen hittar du en elektrisk grill, bord och stolar.
Den andra våningen har ett sovrum med en king size-säng och ett tredje sovrum med två enkelsängar, alla med eget badrum. Det finns också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Our place was just as described and very spacious for our group. Location beside the pool was ideal and there was a wagon to take all our things to the beach.

Great place to stay in HHI!

This is the second time we have stayed in TreeTops and love the location. The condos are perfect for our family of five. We love the close proximity to the beach and the bike trails that surround the complex. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great Hilton Head Location

We had a lovely stay. The Villa was well equipped with everything we needed for our Spring Break beach trip. The space was perfect for our family. The walk to the beach was easy. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a great trip!

Family trip

The property was very well kept and very clean. Great walking distance to the beach even for the two grandparents staying with us. Great location, we were a quick drive from so many things. Beds were very comfortable.

Spring break family reunion

We had a great time at Raquel's condo. It was the perfect distance to the beach - quiet with no crowds but within a 10 minute walk. Also very close to Coligny with it's stores and attractions. Very nicely appointed with good cooking utensils and even some of the basics for the pantry and cleaning. Really nice place.

Right beside the pool and close to the beach and all the restaurants!!

We have stayed in Ocean Breeze complex for years and owned. This particular unit is a few steps to the pool. We will be back next year! Owner had great communication. Thanks for letting us stay!

There is nothing fancy about the condo but it has everything you need with plenty of space and having the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths was nice. Would definitely rent this place again.

Great Location for Family Thanksgiving

Great accommodations at Hilton Head condo -- plenty of space in well laid out in floor plan. Only recommendation would be to have essential starter items for stay (i.e. paper towels, toilet paper). Other stuff like soap and shampoo plus coffee and basic cooking essentials were well appreciated. Thanks to Raquel for her great and frequent communication checking in on us throughout the stay - Will be back!

Check in process was super easy, location was great and easy to find. Owner was very responsive when I asked questions. My daughter absolutely loved it. It was nice that there was accessories for the beach like a wagon so I didn't habe pack and bring ours.Loved that it is pet friendly so we could bring our dog.

Great stay at HHI

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as pictured in listing. The kitchen was nicely updated and stocked. The pool is right out back of the condo. The 3 bedrooms was plenty of space for my Husband and I, and our children. It was nice to also have the closet with things for the children, and a wagon for the beach.

Great Value VACAY at HHI!

I've spent summers at HHI for 40 years and have always rented a giant beach house with extended family. From now on I won't limit myself to one vacation with the clan. Racquel's townhouse is the perfect getaway without sacrificing location or amenities. We had a blast and look forward to seeing her future renovations.

Amazing!

We have stayed at this property twice now and can't imagine staying anywhere else when we visit HHI. The property owner is incredibly responsive and her townhome is beautifully furnished (and organized) and has all of the amenities you could ever need. She makes it easy to travel with a baby, child, and dog. Plus, the location can't be beat. The pool is in the backyard; the beach is a 10 minute, shaded, paved, and flat walk; and Coligney Plaza is a few minutes away.

May 2022 Hilton Head Getaway

Our group of 5 adults, 1 baby, and 1 dog had a very nice week vacationing at this Ocean Breeze townhome. We either drove to the Alder Lane Beach Access or took the 10 minute walk to the beach for morning sunrises and fun in the sun. We really enjoyed how easy it was to access the pool right by the townhouse. The house had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation in Hilton Head. Thank you Raquel for your timely communications and an enjoyable week at your home!

Quite & Comfy

Lovely villa. Had everything we needed. Provided beach equipment which was greatly appreciated. Probably need to replace chairs & umbrella. They were functional, but very well loved. Wish we could have stayed longer. We’ll be back. ❤️❤️❤️
