Nestled just a 17-minute drive from the excitement of games and concerts at the Buffalo Billsâ Highmark Stadium, 5 minutes from the beautiful Knox State Park, and a 19-minute drive to the serene shores of Lake Erie, this property offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility.
As a guest, you'll enjoy the comforts of free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and dryer, a cozy fireplace, and a smart TV to keep you entertained. Growing up in the western NY area I always loved the beautiful trees and sprawling properties with beautiful homes. Western NY has fabulous food, and lots of great music. It is close to Canada and Niagara Falls. One of my favorite places to go! Check it out, you won't be sorry!

This beautiful Victorian home was built in late 1800's and has a lot of charm and elegance of that era. The house has been remodeled with all the modern conveniences, and still has a touch of history with the beautiful antique furniture to accent the décor. Your own private driveway.
