Vackert nyrenoverat och inrett semesterhus med stor pool. Den enorma gräsbevuxna gården som backar upp till den direkta Gulf Access-kanalen som tar dig inom en minut med båt till Caloosahatchee River. Beläget i Fort Myers.

Vår sommar fritidshus erbjuder ett generöst öppet vardagsrum samt en vacker, stor pool som ligger i en frodig trädgård med hela dagen solsken. Detta nyinredda och helt renoverade hus (2012) har en luftig känsla och är ett utmärkt värde för upp till 6 gäster på en nivå utan trappor.

Det helt nya köket med graniträknare har en ö och alla apparater - perfekt för att tillaga goda måltider för familj och vänner. Det finns också en grill på den stora, täckta, uteservering. Toppmodern kabel-TV, trådlöst höghastighetsinternet, DVD och musikutrustning gör det möjligt för perfekt underhållning.

Sommartid erbjuder 3 sovrum med 1 king och 2 queen size-sängar. Varje sovrum har eget badrum, TV och Blue Ray DVD, och det finns ett extra poolbad också. Den överdimensionerade bakgården med stor swimmingpool öppnar upp till kanalen. Det erbjuder en fantastisk atmosfär och är väldigt inbjudande att ta ett dopp i poolen, koppla av eller försöka fånga några fiskar under skuggan av palmerna på en av de två båtdockorna. Därifrån är det bara 800 meter till floden utan att broar eller lås drar de närliggande stränderna med båt.

Hemmet ligger i den idylliska Sunset Cove-området i Fort Myers vid floden vid McGregor Boulevard, och ändå bara 25 minuters bilresa från Fort Myers International Airport (RSW). Du är inom en mil nära alla dina shoppingbehov, inklusive de kända Bell Tower Shops och Sanibel Outlet Mall. Rutenberg Park med gratis, upplysta tennisbanor ligger bara fem minuter bort. Our family had a wonderful Spring Break at the house where we could all sleep comfortably and enjoy the pool! The Property Management company was very responsive!

Lovely home, great location

Our family of 5 (a 55+ couple and our adult children) stayed at this home over the Christmas holidays. The house has been recently renovated, and the kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. We found the beds to be comfortable, and a selling point for us was that the house has 3 full baths, so all of us (ourselves, our son and daughter-in-law, and our younger son) each had a private bathroom. We found the furniture in the living room to be uncomfortable and there was not enough seating for everyone. In addition, the television system is incredibly complicated and difficult to understand. Perhaps this is just as well. If you're in paradise, you probably shouldn't be sitting around watching TV. We had an issue with the pool heat when we first arrived, and found the property management to be incredibly responsive in addressing our concerns. It was difficult to find a repair person on Christmas Eve, but they found a solution and the pool was up to a comfortable temperature by the morning of our 3rd day in the house. One minor comment about the pool: there is no railing at the steps leading in and out of the shallow end. For most this will not be an issue, but if you have mobility issues it can pose a challenge. I noticed this in the pictures in advance of our stay and made sure I had a cane available to help navigate the stairs. This home is in a great location off McGregor Blvd. There are some very good restaurants within a short drive, and there is a Publix right around the corner. It is a short drive away from both the Ford Edison Winter Estate and the Fort Myers Golf Club, and downtown Fort Myers, with some really great restaurants, is just a little bit further away. The backyard is large and fenced, so if you are travelling with dogs, as we were, there is lots of room for them to run around. My husband and son enjoyed fishing off the dock and caught a couple of catfish. The landscaping is beautiful in both the front and back yard. Overall, I would recommend this house. We've now rented 3 in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area, and this one was by far the best.

I was told prior to arrival there was cosmetic damage to the home but when we arrived we found the cage over the pool was mid repair and the repairmen showed up on Sunday morning. Glad it was being fixed but communication that someone was coming to do work would have been best. I saw that several of your property postings mentioned that there were issues due to the hurricane which is completely understandable. Just think it would have been good to make us aware. Overall it was a great property and place to stay and we enjoyed our time in the sun! We contacted the team upon arrival about a couple of minor issues - outlets in bathroom didn't work and fan/light in one bedroom not working. The person we spoke to the morning after arrival couldn't help us with locating the breaker box or ideas of how to get the fan to work. We found the breaker box ourselves (behind a mirror) and fixed the outlet issue but never got the fan working and didn't get a response. Not a huge issue but it would have been good for there to be some guidance regarding minor issues such as breakers for the property managers to reference and to get a follow up response for open issues.

Awesome house, centrally located

Easy to rent, just south of the Ford-Edison house, and close to the baseball parks. Shopping and dining all within 5 miles. Pool was fantastic. Will look to stay there again when our next tournament occurs

Wished the oven worked.

Wished the oven worked. Took 2 days to get the service provider in for a look and he couldn't fix it. Luckily we knew how to adjust and use the gas grill as an oven. Check in and check out we're simple, very good experience.

Quiet and Calm

We have stayed in many rentals and this one was at the top as a favorite! We stayed in the area as our son was in a baseball tournament and the house was such a nice retreat to come back to after a long, hot day on the baseball fields. The house was spacious and clean and newly updated. The rental agency was very responsive with questions and made for an easy check-in and check-out process. Very impressed!

We stayed in this great rental after relocating to the area as we searched for a home to purchase in the area. It’s quiet, spacious, bright and had al the amenities my family and I needed during our stay. The management company was wonderful. Very responsive to ie needs and made many upgrades while we lived there.. replaced a sofa, bar stools, bbq, etc. They take great prices in their property. We also asked to extend a couple of times and they were quick to accommodate our requests which we greatly appreciated!
