This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Newly Decorated Home with a Private Screened in Lanai Pool Area is located in a Quiet Neighborhood near the Caloosahatchee River.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and welcoming interior that includes a large kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you'll need to prepare meals during your stay. The living room features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

One of the highlights of this home is the enclosed lanai, complete with a private pool. The lanai is the perfect spot to cool off on hot days or to simply relax and enjoy the beautiful South Fort Myers weather.

The home has three bedrooms, the master and queen bedrooms its own flat-screen TV and comfortable bedding. The master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Great property close to Sanibel

We enjoyed our stay, the pictures are accurate, the property is very clean, the pool was very good and the location is great! The neighborhood is very nice and convenient to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel. Lots of good restaurants and a Publix that is close by. Easy and convenient traveling to downtown Ft Myers. Good value for the money. Hosts are attentive and very responsive.

Great Getaway

We’ve stayed in Florida for 13 years for our kid’s spring break, this is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at. Very clean, nice warm pool, quiet neighborhood. Super close to Target and Publix and our favorite coffee shop. I felt the house was well appointed for cooking. Blackout curtains in master bedroom which I feel should be a filter choice for all rentals because I love it dark! lol. The master bed was raised quite high, but I’m a shorty at 5’2”, it wasn’t an inconvenience..but wanted to mention. Some people may enjoy this. Would have been very comfortable staying longer and wish we could have.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful, clean and well appointed home did not disappoint. Located close to lots to do in Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Communication was great. Owners are kind, responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend for your stay.

Amazing!

Great stay from the moment I booked. Owner was very personable and accommodating! House was so clean. Well decorated and the pool water was warm! My daughter played in it the entire time. Even our 9 month old. We will be coming back to stay here at our next Florida visit!
