This new construction, family friendly gem is only 1.5 hours from Chicago, sleeps up to 29 people with two additional guest cottages (3rd cottage coming in 2025), on site, for family and friends to stay in. This property, built by brothers and their wives, to accommodate both their families along with additional families/friends, utilizes every inch of the property to ensure everyone feels comfortable. Seated directly on Lake Delavan, this property has incredible lake views from every angle.

South Shore Retreat welcome’s you to our family-friendly, ADA compliant, new construction home with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an entire bonus room with 4 full size beds, arcade games and toys for the kids. Enjoy the hot tub that overlooks the lake, a fire pit, fishing off the dock, boat riding or relax reading a book off our upstairs balcony. This magnificent, spacious, cozy and luxurious house must be seen with your own eyes. It’s impressive both inside and out with so many amenities built in with a shared goal of bringing large families and groups of friends together on a single property. Perfect for family reunions, holidays, ski weekends, summer getaways, weddings, golf trips, spa weekends, you name it! Start your day by making a fresh cup of coffee and sitting on the balcony overlooking the sailboats. Spend your day fishing, boating, tubing, waterskiing, jet skiing,or take a trip to explore downtown Lake Geneva and surroundings (check out a few ideas below) possibilities are endless here. After a long day exploring the lake, enjoy a home cooked BBQ dinner on the grill while sitting at our large dining table that seats up to 20 people, then head to the hot tub with a glass of wine, and enjoy your memorable stay. Outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs make the perfect place to roast s’mores and tell stories under the stars. When it’s time to say goodnight, enjoy top quality and comfort bedding, mattresses, pillows and blankets.

We are keyless property, you will be given a unique door code to access the property 24 hours before your stay. You have exclusive access to the lake

Other Things to Note:
Lake Delavan is roughly 52 feet at its deepest and is perfect for swimming, fishing, tubing, waterskiing, boating, kayaking, jet-skiing and many more. Visitors can visit the public boat landings, a public beach. Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye.
