The Copper Mountain Retreat home was extremely nice, clean, well stocked. The setting beautiful and quiet. It was very close and easy to get around town. It was very easy to book this house with Carolina Mornings. They were very good with communications before and during the stay.

Perfect for our two family or party of 8. Bunk room was the best for all the kids to stay together and the bonus game room gave them a place to hang out and be kids. It also allowed for the adults to have some time upstairs. Great furnishings and layout. Much more than I expected to enjoy it.

The check in process was seamless and the directions to the cabin were perfect. We are Floridians without 4wd and had no issues getting to the cabin. The home is older but updated nicely without losing the cabin vibes. There was plenty of space for three kids and our dog. The kids LOVED the bunk room and game room. We all enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The small trails around the property were a huge hit as well. We saw two does several times on the property. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. There are several spots on the decks to relax with a book and the gorgeous views. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This cabin is amazing. The location is wonderful. It is close to everything. It is private and quiet. Extremely comfortable. Very spacious, with comfy beds. The large hot tub was wonderful to enjoy after a day of hiking. The view of the mountains was absolutely breathtaking. It is in a quiet community, and we felt very safe there.There was plenty of room for parking. And the game room was so much fun. We will definitely be renting this cabin again.

Beautiful spacious home in a quiet neighborhood

Plenty of room for two families to both be together and have their own space. Inviting indoor and outdoor spaces. Close to town but in quiet surroundings - a lot of the time it's hard to tell there are other homes nearby. One small piece of constructive criticism; it would have been nice to have more pots, pans, spatulas, and serving spoons to use.

Lovely cabin.😍 We are from Florida and really enjoyed our stay. There was a problem with the AC for a couple of days which was very uncomfortable. It didn’t work at all!! It was repaired after 2 days and worked fine.

Even during the holiday season Mike did a great job being available and fixing any issues that arose like the pilot light not coming on in the fire place. The house was well equipped to be able to serve a Christmas dinner. It is also very close to town and groceries.

House is older and in need of some maintenance both in and outside. Steps to front door need maintenance. We would stay there again but would expect better cleaning if we do.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The downstairs bedroom can stay very cold due to the garage/playroom and in/out to hot tub. It does not have a closet for clothes storage. The side door had to be left unlocked for two days because the code stopped working. Maybe a battery problem? But, management company never responded to email concerning this. Doors unlocked, while we were out, left me uneasy. Those were the only two negatives. This place is spotless with so many details that made us feel at home. We had a GREAT weekend here!!!

Lack of info

There were absolutely no instructions for using the fireplace ( unusable therefore), ice maker was inoperable due to its being locked, no garbage can nor instructions for where to place same. Called the emergency number Thanksgiving am, left a message, never heard back. Called the office during office hours on Friday and they did not answer. Finally called emergency number Sat pm to know where to place garbage. Have stayed at a number of VBRO’s over the years but always had instructions. We had no idea what to do about linens etc. and three phone calls provided no answers. The house was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there, but PLEASE leave arriving and departing information. Betty Whaley
