Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, our standalone cottage is within walking distance to Falls Church Cityâs shops and restaurants. Getting around is a breeze!
-One mile to East and West Falls Church Metro Stations (walk, drive, or take the local busâstop on our corner)
-10 miles to DC
-10 minutes to Tysons Corner
-Under 25 minutes to Dulles (IAD) and Reagan National (DCA)
-Easy access to I-66 and I-495
Step inside this warm and inviting space, designed for comfort and relaxation.

-Cozy sofa and oversized ottomanâperfect for unwinding
-Rustic wooden dining table (seats four)
-58-inch wall-mounted TV for movie nights
-Brand-new kitchenette with an induction cooktop, built-in microwave, large sink, --Keurig coffee maker, and a two-drawer refrigerator and freezer
Sleeping Arrangements:
-Main-level queen bedroom with luxurious Lacoste bedding, a fluffy down duvet, walk-in closet, full-size dresser, wooden hangers, and a plush robe for your stay
