Welcome to The Gem of Linderhof!
LOCATION AND VIEWS!
Our cozy retreat is the perfect place for a Couples Get-away or a family vacation! We are a short 10 minute drive to North Conway and all it has to offer, close to all ski resorts, hiking trails and across the street from Story Land! Our back patio showcases a breath taking view overlooking the golf course and mountains. We hope you come, make yourself at home and make memories!

Our End Unit 2 Bedroom Condo features:
âą Full kitchen with brand new top of the line appliances and cookware
âą In-unit laundry for guests
âą Two Roku TVâs with access to Spectrum TV
âą Comfortable New Couches
âą An indoor Gas Fireplace
âą Furnished back patio (weather permitting)
âą Wifi
âąPool and Golfing (for Fee)
We have a private and keyless entrance code that we will give you upon arrival. With only one parking spot available, other cars will need to park at the Country club parking.
Our host and his team want to be there for you during your family vacation. If you book with us we promise to be responsive to your needs at any time and hour.
We hope our place can help be a part of you making memories that last a life time! So kick back and relax... itâs time for the fun to begin!
Rules and Guidelines
Weâre so glad you chose to stay with us and since you are, we need to let you in on a couple of rules and guidelines. We donât have too many but the ones we do have we ask that you please respect and follow. Thanks!
Arriving/During your stay:
We only have one parking spot (H1). When you have more than 1 car you have to park the extra cars down at the country club. Itâs a little hassle but we are working on possibly adding more parking for the future if you choose to return (and we hope you do!)
Due to new Condo Association rules we no longer are able to offer the grill or outdoor fire. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Noise Curfew is 10pm-9am. The fun doesn't have to stop, it just needs to be quieter fun!
Indoor Gas Fireplace: You are welcome to use the indoor gas fireplace but we please ask that you turn it off when you leave and during the night. We have based board heating and a large space heater in the living room which we ask that you use as your main source of heat.
WINTER PARKING RULES: In the event that it snows to the extent that plowing is required, cars need to be moved (while plow is outside unit clearing parking spots.) We understand this is an inconvenience but the HOA charges us $100 if a car is not moved. Therefore we ask that you are attentive to when the plow is working outside the unit and move your car allowing him to clear your parking spot. If you do not move the car, we will charge you an extra $100 to forward to the housing association. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience. Please reach out if you have any questions on this particular rule.
