Escape to our hilltop retreat, where panoramic views and endless adventure await! Our property is located just 10-12 minutes from both Paso Robles and Templeton downtown areas. It is also centrally positioned within 1-3 miles of many surrounding wineries, including Still Water, Cass Winery, and Reva Wines. It is comprising a main house and guesthouse, sleeps up to 18 guests. Enjoy a large heated pool, two relaxing hot tubs, and explore 15 acres of hilltop land perfect for hiking.(surveillance cameras are installed both backyard and Front yard for security purposes )

Invasive Host, Poor Property Condition, and Unfounded Extra Charges – Be CautiousOur stay at this property was deeply disappointing, and I feel compelled to share our experience to help others make an informed decision. The host’s conduct during and after our stay was intrusive and, at times, aggressive. We received multiple messages throughout our visit, including a threat to charge 450 for a door that blew open due to high winds. The host also accused us of damaging a microwave we used without issue during our stay. The hose attempted to extort 2000 for the microwave that worked fine. After our departure, the host also attempted to charge us for extra guests although we were well below the stated occupancy limit. Privacy was also a serious concern. There are cameras throughout the exterior of the property, which was not clearly disclosed. We received messages within hours of arriving about a chair being moved—clearly showing that we were being actively monitored. One camera was pointed directly at our outdoor dining area towards the interior of the house. To protect our privacy, we unplugged that device. Much more to add, but we are limited by number of words. We do not recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, private, and professionally managed vacation rental. Proceed with caution.--
