Only Greta’s Beach Rentals

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely Great, there are cheaper priced condo’s but we chose to stay/book through Greta’s Beach Rentals, and it has been for the last 5-6 years at least. Tropic Winds is on the west end of the beach, away from the crowds.

Nice condo!

Overall, a clean condo. A little deep cleaning under the beds could be done, but condo was in great condition. Perfect size for 2 couples. Pool is small and the parking deck is very tight. Only having one assigned parking space and two couples with their own cars was not ideal. Overall, great stay.

Vacation 2014

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect for our family. It was not far from the best restaurants and attractions but just far enough away to avoid traffic and crowds. The only issues we had were the wifi did not work for the first 2 days of our stay, the toilet in the first bathroom was not clean, and the shower curtain was in need of replacement (mildew at the bottom). Overall, though, it was wonderful.
