The balcony is exactly what I wanted. We weren’t sure about being on the 20th floor but it was awesome! Great water pressure in the showers. We will be back!

Best weekend ever spent here! Beautiful beach and ocean view! Smooth checking and checkout! Host was perfect and just a phone call away if needed, but not needed because the place was perfect!

It was a lovely, large corner apartment and balcony with comfortable furniture inside and out. We appreciated they provided enough beach towels and though we didn’t use them beach equipment and washer & dryer & dishwasher. Kitchen well supplied with appliances & dishware.. Inside parking convenient but tight. Nice luggage carts & elevators. Great pool half shaded & close with restrooms, Easy beach access with lounges & umbrellas. Nice cookout area but could use better instructions for gas grills. We loved our stay.

Fantastic views and great condo. Property was well managed (Riley was super responsive and helpful) and well appointed. There for 48 days so got to do a lot in the area. Quieter end during spring break but the entire area was well prepared. A little underwhelmed by pool area, but with the expansive beach who cared! Trip (the beach chair host) was super kind and helpful.

I had a fantastic trip this year. The condo was perfect. Working with Greta's is wonderful experience. Riley is there all the time day or night with help with anything you need. I will be planning my next trip for next year. 🤩🏖⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The owners have thought of lots of little nice touches to make it feel like home and it is so pretty. The balcony is so wonderful and comfortable you won't want to go to the beach! Nice kitchen with all the basic tools, wonderful beds and living area, games if you wish to play them, great TVs and WiFi. Parking is a little tight but doable. Very friendly place. Good beach to walk. Thanks Greta's Beach Rentals and the owners from Iowa.

Like many others have said, we loved the balcony, shout out to Trapp for the beach set up each day, convenient location. Condo was perfect for our 6 women get away. Very thorough Guest Guide. Sharkey’s and Tom’s were the best food!Parking space was tight and sometimes challenging when trucks are parked nextto you.

AMAZING BALCONY

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay in 2001! From the moment that we walked in my entire family commented on how clean it not only looked and felt but how clean it smelt! Everything was very organized and nicely put! The condo provided so much like a scale,yoga mats, extra blankets and pillows, a pack n play,highchair and beach toys! We were throughly impressed! However, our favorite part of our entire stay was the balcony! I could have spent all of my time there. The best views! You could see the sunset and sunrise! We saw plenty of sea life too! My only negatives are the liner in the showers did have mold and needed to be replaced and also some of the pillows on the balcony had mold too. The actual grounds overall were just okay. I will say we were a little frustrated on the first day because when we got there well actually before, I received a packet of information on what to do when we arrived. So I knew to park on the 3rd parking garage. I did not know to got to floor 20. I knew my room # but I didn't realize we were on the 20th floor. So we did have to wait a minute and call someone so that way we knew where to go. The pool did not feel clean or appear clean at all. We don't come to the beach for the pool,but 2 days that we were there we had a jellyfish infeststion so we went to the pool. The walk way onto the beach needed to be taken care of a little better. At night, we saw lots of roaches! Also, be prepared when you are pulling onto the property, it is very inconvenient space. It is a very tight squeeze especially using the parking garage! Overall though, we had a great experience!

A Home with a View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I live in Iowa so the weather this time of year is cooler. We wanted a to go somewhere warmer before the winter season. We know the couple that owns this condo and asked if it was available for a rent this time of month, and it was so we rented it. The place was very nice and we felt like we were home but with a much nicer view. We’re amazed how beautiful the view was, my wife loved sitting on the balcony reading and listening to the waves of the gulf. I enjoyed my walks on the beach in the morning, and then we enjoyed relaxing on the beach. The sunrise and sunset were beautiful and my wife enjoyed getting pictures of them and with us in them.I would recommend this condominium to anyone who loves a view of the beaches and sunsets!

Beautiful condo, well furnished, well equipped with all of the necessities, gorgeous beach and ocean views. Condo is on the beach. Short walk or drive to entertainment. This condo exceeded our expectations and we would recommend it to others without reservation.
