Best location! 3 bedroom house, quiet street. Walk everywhere! Near BART and UC.
My place is close to everything; shops, cafes, restaurants, bakery, shopping, parks. But on a quiet street.
North Berkeley BART station is a 5 minute walk.
Bus to UC Berkeley is a 2 minute walk (or walk/bike to campus).
Highest walkability score.
Or with a car: Less than 2 miles from the freeway. Long driveway can fit your cars and we do not have any parking meters or metering on our street, rare in Berkeley! And there is lots of street parking on our street, too.
Big stocked kitchen. Our house has lots of windows and sunny.
Beautiful real hardwood floors.
Three bedrooms all with comfy beds.
Two bathrooms, main bathroom remodeled in 2025.
Even though we live here when the house it not rented, it is uncluttered so there is lots of room for your things.
Sit on the deck right outside the kitchen to eat, read, relax. It's nice and quiet overlooking the backyard. Or hang out on the patio in the backyard.
If you are here to work, use the sunny dining room table to set up your "office" or two of the bedrooms have desks.
Dishwasher, washer and dryer.
There are steps up to the house but the house itself is all on one level.
It's really comfortable to be here!

We've been a host on another platform for over 15 and are excited for our VRBO journey! When we aren't traveling we take advantage of our wonderful neighborhood, walking to stores, cafes, yoga, the library, parks or biking on the bike trails. A short drive to hiking in the redwoods or going to the beach. We want you to love Berkeley as much as we do so we hope to make our house a comfortable base for your stay if you are here for work, fun, or part of the University of California (close to our home).
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
This is the BEST NEIGHBORHOOD in the Bay Area! Where else can you be a few minutes from the bike trails, walk to one of the best produce markets around, hang out in great neighborhoods for food, bars, shops, bakeries, yoga, cafes all within a mile or two, go hiking up the hill or down to the waterfront and be in one of the most beautiful cities (San Francisco) in the WHOLE WORLD in 20 minutes by train?
And our street is really quiet because it ends a few houses down and there is actually street parking, tons of it, with no restrictions (or use our long driveway).

Even though we live here when we don't rent the house, it is uncluttered, perfect for renting. Our neighborhood has the highest walkability score and is near everything. A beautiful "California craftsman" home that is comfortable and welcoming for you or your family.
The parking is easy if you have a car or we are down the street from the BART (SF train system).
Our street is quiet because it ends a few houses down so there isn't a lot of traffic.
We ride our bikes everywhere and love to walk every day.
