Our party of 2 couples visiting Charlottesville We so loved staying in this beautiful home. Everything was clean and comfortable, and so convenient to everything (we walked to UVA to visit the Rotunda). Anna (host) was very helpful and prompt to answer questions. Would absolutely stay again : )

My family and I very much enjoyed our visit in Charlottesville and staying at this lovely property. We became fascinated by the history and charm of this older home and the beautiful redwood tree in the backyard. The house was beautifully decorated, nicely furnished with all of the small touches that make your stay more pleasant. Anna was so responsive and attentive throughout the entire process. She was wonderful to work with us and answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay in this home again during future visits to Charlottesville!

The Boone-White House was as described! Proximity to campus and Scott Stadium was ideal and Anna was great with communication. The outdoor area with the giant redwood tree was amazing!!!

We love the Boone White House. It has been a home away from home for us when we are visiting Charlottesville. Can’t say enough about the accommodations and the customer service. Would be our first choice anytime coming Charlottesville!

Great UVA area stay

The home and grounds are very charming. We had everything we needed for our stay, and enjoyed walking to the local cafe/coffee shop for quick meals. All activities were just a short drive away from the central location. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

The house is beautiful, but unfortunately we had a bad experience. One of the exterior doors had a broken lock when we arrived. We checked in Sunday at noon and immediately notified the property owners. They failed to fix the lock until Monday at 8:45 pm. All the while they expected us and our belongings to stay in an unlocked house. The owners compensated us 95 for this incident. The master bedroom is spacious with a nice bathroom but it sits above a busy street with a fair amount of noise.

The owners, a husband and wife who reside in Richmond VA, one a native of Charlottesville, the other a UVA grad, have incredible pride for Charlottesville. They understand the magic it creates for so many. They love all things UVa, but don't worry, there is an ounce of pretention in them. When this house went on the market, they had to have it...both for it's incredible location and what it can do to the help out their family. The vibe of a thoughtfully curated place that also welcomes all kinds fits them perfectly.
