The neighborhood is safe and we walked around to enjoy all the nearby shops and restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful, enjoyed the porch every morning.

Nice neighborhood home

I love the location, it was close to local neighborhood restaurants. the house was nice. Two bathrooms but only one the upstairs bathroom had a shower. The bathroom upstairs was dirty and there was trash still left in the kitchen. The living room didn't have any blinds or curtains over the window. the exit doors had key deadbolt locks. not the best if there is an emergency to get out quickly. (I'm a firefighter) But overall, it was a nice place. I suggest updating the downstairs bathroom with a shower and putting up curtains and/or blinds.

St. Matthews is one of my favorite areas of Louisville because it offers the perfect mix of convenience, charm, and a great local atmosphere. You’re close to some of Louisville’s best restaurants, shopping, parks, and attractions, while still enjoying a quiet, residential neighborhood. I especially love how easy it is to get around from here and how there’s always something nearby to explore. It’s a great home base for experiencing all that Louisville has to offer!
