This property is located close to many Southern California tourist attractions and is close to the freeway. It worked perfectly for our stay. The kitchen has all the appliances, cutlery, hardware, bowls, plates, etc. necessary for cooking and eating. The house was clean but the backyard needs a little love. Our overall stay was great! 4.8 starts for me (not an option for the overall rating system).

Full Family Accomodations!

Our family of 6 adults and 3 kids stayed here for my daughter’s wedding that was held at the Montage in Laguna Beach. The location was great - we were able to make it to LB in 20 min. The house was equipped with more than we needed for the 9 of us to comfortably sleep, eat, shower etc. The host, Rosie, was extremely responsive and accommodating with an early check-in. If I had to make any suggestions it would only be to maybe invest in new outdoor furniture - and that’s not even a necessity. The grass area was great for the kids to play, but the seating could use new cushions. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Rosie! It was a pleasure working with you!

My wife and I will be backpacking while our home is rented out. We will stock it full of fresh towels and comfy blankets. Your Kitchen is well stocked and will have all you need, including our brand of coffee if it suits you. If you lack anything in our home we will make quick arrangements to suit you.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love our location due to the proximity of the highway 1st, and the wilderness walking trails as well. The highway is a 5 minute drive while the wilderness is a five minute walk away. We have a park on the next block for kids and a great lawn to enjoy.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Its really the Master bedroom. It was added on to the top of the home, and has an amazing view from a PC workstation and desk in the windowed corner, as well as ocean breezes at night. With a huge bedroom, fantastic bath and closet, it really makes it both unique and quiet.
