The Space:
This thoughtfully furnished one bed/one bath includes a comfortable queen-size bed for a restful nightâs sleep. Take advantage a kitchen equipped with basic appliances for dining in. The unit also features an ample closet and storage space to keep your belongings organized.
** Sleeping arrangements: Queen-size bed with pillows and cotton sheets;
** Living area: A comfortable couch with two lounge chairs;
** Bathroom: Stocked with 100% cotton towels;
** Kitchen: Equipped with basic appliances (dishwasher not included);
** Entertainment: 40-inch Roku TV for streaming;
** Storage: Ample closet and storage space;
** Parking: While there is no parking in the building, you have a couple of convenient options: A monthly parking spot rental is available for $250/month. The building shares a lot with the Hollywood & Highland Shopping Center (Ovation Hollywood), offering a range of hourly and daily parking options ($2 every 20 minutes; $6 per hour; daily maximum of $20), providing the easiest parking solution for your stay;
** Building amenities: On-site laundry room, ongoing support from the management team, and an on-site representative;
** Move in after 4PM; Move out by 11 AM.
** This space is non-smoking.
** Housekeeping: Our rental doesn't include on-going housekeeping. We will not be refreshing any towels and sheets during your mid-term stay.

Getting Around:
1759 Orchid Ave is exceptionally well-connected, making it easy to navigate the city. The Hollywood/Highland Metro Station is just a few blocks away, providing convenient access to the Red Line and connecting you to downtown Los Angeles and beyond. Major freeways are also easily accessible, making commutes and travel a breeze. Additionally, the neighborhood is very walkable and bike-friendly, with plenty of ride-sharing options and public transportation services available. For those who prefer to drive, there are numerous parking facilities in the area, ensuring that getting around is always convenient and hassle-free.

By proceeding with this booking or inquiry, please acknowledge that any confirmation received is conditional and subject to cancellation by the Host and/or Landlord unless the following conditions are met:
**The Guest must pay the required Security Deposit. The Security Deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, subject to deductions for any damages. This deposit must be paid directly to the Landlord at booking confirmation, and will be returned by the Landlord after move-out. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
**The Guest must sign the lease agreement directly with the Host and/or Landlord and accept all terms and conditions outlined therein.
**The Guest must successfully complete an Identification Verification process as required by the Host and/or Landlord.
**The Guest must successfully complete an application process, which includes a credit and background check, as required by the Host and/or Landlord.
**Pets are welcomed! There will be an additional $500 Refundable Pet Deposit, and $2.16 per pet per night rent payments.
Failure to fulfill these conditions may result in the cancellation of the booking without liability to the Host or Landlord.
