You and your guest will love so much this river front home that is only steps to the beach in Playa Potrero.

Casa Rio has great interior space with stylish furnishings and an oversized teak deck directly on the river with a hot tub.

Surround yourself in nature with the beautiful teak home in the middle of paradise.

We will be attentive to guest needs but we will give them complete privacy during their stay.

Playa Potrero is a charming coastal neighborhood in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, known for its relaxed vibe and scenic beauty. It's nestled along a quiet beach with calm, warm waters, making it ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, and sailing. The area offers a mix of traditional Costa Rican culture and modern amenities, with restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. Playa Potrero is also close to popular destinations like Flamingo and Tamarindo, yet retains a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a laid-back lifestyle while still enjoying access to nearby attractions and conveniences.

Renters will have exclusive access to the entire casa, while the deck by the river is a shared space.

It’s 3 full bedrooms. Queen, Queen and King then the extra room has a very nice pull out full with bathroom.
All bedrooms come with the rental.

Parking: Inside the gate you can park 1 car. If there are more cars in your group, those need to be parked outside the gate.

This house patio is in front of the river. You will be able to see a lot of diversity in plants and animals.

Birds, iguanas and butterflies are easy to see. Occasionally raccoons and other type of insects.
