Vår lägenhet # 526 ligger i Phase III of Paradise Lakes, en klädalternativ, en lugn plats, men ligger bara några steg från huvudpoolen, bubbelpooler, affärer och vänliga människor.
Från balkongen på tredje våningen har lägenheten utsikt över ett reflekterande damm med en vattenbrunn i centrum. Short stay in Paradise

Lovely stay in Paradise. Accommodations more spacious than we expected. Very clean! Neighbors were friendly, but quiet. Robes were a nice touch!

Property was okay for staying in this unique community, but the owner of the property needs to learn how to communicate with guests. We never received directions on how to get into property, what to do with trash, how to turn tv on, etc.

Comfortable unit in unique adults only community. However, unit owners have yet to learn how to communicate to rent on this platform. No I have instructions provided on how to get through entrance gate, operator tv, leave trash on departure , room door code. In short, never received guidance at any point of our stay.

Fun in the Sun

We had a great stay at Paradise Lakes - very comfortable, clean & cheery condo. We have stayed at several other VRBO properties the check in process here was by far the Best. Highly recommend Five Stars -

Upgrades needed and the positives

The condo needs a deep cleaning and overall painting. The bathroom shower needs significant upgrading, shower lever should be replaced. Tile in shower needs replacing Baseboards need painting and cleaning where baseboard meets floor. Overall the cleanliness of the condo could be improved. Bed sheets could be much better quality. The towels were plentiful and good quality. We enjoyed the lanai. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable.

We have stayed at another condo at this location and liked it much better. This one did not seem to be as clean and the shower was very small. The shower door was hard to open and close and it was difficult to adjust the head. There was no soap in the bathroom - the soap dispenser was empty. There was still garbage in the trash can in the kitchen from the previous renters. The area rugs were really work out looking and the TV in the bedroom was very small.

Great location

3rd floor Condo, faces north/south, with a wonderful screened lanai that is shaded throughout the day. Great spot for a view of the entire pond and soothing sounds of the fountain, as well as the entertaining action on the pickle ball courts. Lots of plush towels, well stocked kitchen, plenty of storage space, fun selection of DVD's for viewing, and even extras such as pool noodles and his / hers terry robes for colder months. Rated three stars as the unit was showing its age and needed some deep cleaning. Jim & Mary were gracious and very accommodating hosts.

Beautiful Condo with a Nice View!

Hi, We rented Condo #526 The Lighthouse during 15-17 June 2018, and had a wonderful time! The condo is just like the pictures and more. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you may need and more. Nice size bedroom, with extra towels, bath robes, tennis rackets, and more. The ceiling to floor mirrors are a plus. It has an awesome surround sound that we took advantage of the entire time we were there. The lanai is very large and a huge plus. It has a beautiful view of a small pond with a fountain. The condo is facing the tennis courts where you are able to see couples play some form of tennis and have fun! It was extremely hot during our stay, so walking around during the day was out for us . We travel often and it was truly nice to be able to walk nude on your balcony or walk around the resort nude or partially nude instead of trying to sneak out on a balcony nude if you can relate. Clothing is truly optional as stated. It's very diverse. All ages and races. No one stares or make you feel uncomfortable. The resort is much bigger then we thought and would advise renting a cart if available to explore the community. The membership fee is optional but worth the price for a couple. This was our first visit here and we knew this was a nude resort so there were no surprises. As we write this review, we are planning our next visit. Mr. Fisher was easy and great to work with. We arrived late in the evening around 12:30am and was worried about check in. He stated it was no problem and to call him once we arrived. He was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. He took us straight to our condo. He gave us a brief tour, wifi codes, key codes, departure instructions, answered any questions and said," Good night and enjoy your stay." And that's exactly what we did. We will be renting from Mr. and Mrs. Fisher again and again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo

Relaxing

Nice unit. 3rd floor with screened lanai. Clean, well stocked with plate ware, glasses and cook ware. Nice stereo speakers throughout unit. Televisions need serious updating. As does entertainment cabinet in living room. I would definetly stay in this unit again. Thanks Jim....
