Quiet and relaxing location on the lake. Plus amazing views over the lake. I witnessed one of the prettiest sunsets with the gorgeous lake and mountains in the background. Hope to return one day

We had a great time at this super cute cottage with a beautiful location. We had everything we needed for our three night stay, and we loved exploring the area. Sitting outside with the firepit watching the gorgeous sunset was a highlight for sure.

We had a great time staying at Dave’s cottage. It was everything we hoped it would be. It was a perfect location for the wedding we attended during that weekend. I would highly recommend it to anyone that wanted to stay there.

What a lovely and peaceful place. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the porch, and in the yard overlooking the lake.There are a lot of really fun things to do around there too. We drove all around the islands and enjoyed his historical sites.

It was the perfect, serene, restful vacation. The view across the lake was gorgeous especially the sunsets every evening. The little cottage was perfect for my husband and I. I loved the screened in porch. Perfect for an afternoon nap . Hope I can go back!!!

We stayed here for our anniversary and it was wonderful. The house was small but cozy. Perfect for us. The view was amazing. The host was wonderful. We had an issue with the front door and they came right away to fix it and they were super nice. The house was clean and well stocked. We found everything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying there to anyone looking for a secluded hideaway on the lake.

Easy check in. Very easy to communicate with Dave. Immediate response to all of our questions. Unfortunately the weather was cold, very windy and rainy during our mid October stay, so did not take advantage of the lake or outdoor space. The cottage was close to hiking/biking trails and a short drive to Burlington and Montreal. Would love to come back during the summer months.

This cottage was a pleasant place to have a simple, relaxing getaway. The views were exceptional. The kitchen had everything one would need. We really enjoyed how quiet and beautiful it was looking out at Lake Champlain. Driving anywhere around was quite simple. We enjoyed our stay.

It is a very small house on the shore. The bedrooms are very small as well as the beds. The furniture is dated, but OK. The kitchen area is small, but efficient. We were there for a two night stay attending a wedding so we did not spend time at the property. Since we were essentially just sleeping there, it worked just fine for us.

Fantastic little cabin with a great view! Great yard too! Spent most of the time enjoying the veiw and quiet beach area. Perfect sunset location. Would absolutely go back!

House was very cozy and clean. It had everything we needed and was in a great spot for bike riding. I would definitely stay here again. Dave was a great host and got back to us right away when we had questions. This house is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful location by the water.

Great Stay

We had a great stay in the house. The location was amazing with a view of Lake Champlain. The walk down to the beach was a nice treat. The beds were extremely comfortable and cozy.
