Detta stÄtliga 5 600 kvadratmeter hus har alla bekvÀmligheter för en underbar familjesammantrÀde. Det stora vardagsrummet inkluderar 5 sovrum och 4 fulla bad. Varje master svit har en ny bekvÀm king size-madrass och Àr utrustad med stor platt-HD-TV. De andra sovrummen har nya lÀckra drottning och / eller nya mjuka, fasta extra lÄnga enkelsÀngar och Àr utrustade med plattskÀrms HD-TV. DagbÀddar och trillbÀddar i hela rummet rymmer olika familjesovarrangemang.

För underhÄllning har första vÄningen en fullt utrustad Sports Bar med biljardbord, foos bollbord och Wi-spelstation. Naturligtvis erbjuder viken i viken massor av kul bara plaskar i vÄgorna, kroppsurfning eller gÄ vidare med en mÀngd andra vattenaktiviteter.

De tvÄ uteplatserna pÄ viken har vardera gott om avslappning i de mÄnga chassitstolar i slingerstil samt gott om sittplatser. Dessa uteplatser omgiven av de frodiga tropiska trÀdgÄrdarna och naturliga strandlövverk i sanden gör det perfekta utrymmet att koppla av till behagliga ljud frÄn brÀnningen. Wonderful family vacation

The location of this property is absolutely the best! There were some things that could use updated in the house, including replacing lightbulbs and general maintenance but overall it is a great place. We were disappointed that the pool pump was not working when we arrived and although they came out several time while we were there it never did work as it should. Other than those things, it was an amazing time and we thoroughly enjoyed the property.

Excellent Family Vacation

The Casa Bonita is a beautiful getaway!!! The sunsets are breathtaking. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and its direct access to the beach. Meal times around the large table and evening movie time were priceless. If you enjoy shelling, this is the place to be. Sitting in the hot tub, listening to the waves and the tropical breeze, melted all our cares away. We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future.

Amazing family vacation

Perfect home for our family vacation. Absolutely incredible beach and pool experience and we were so comfortable all together in the house with 11 of us including kids! The only negative is this house now spoiled us on our beach experience! We will certainly be back. Thank you so much!

Loved the location, the views,the size and the spa pool and hot tub. They were still recovering from the effects of the hurricaine but were receptive and responsive to issues. Would definitely return.

Nice pool/beach but house needs work

The pool and beach are definitely the best part of this property. The rest looks much different than the pictures listed on the Vrbo site. I realized a hurricane devasted much of the area this past fall, but I specifically reached out to the owner beforehand and he assured me all was good. A little transparency and/or updated pictures or descriptions would have been welcomed so it wasn't such a surprise upon arrival. We left a list (as per the check-out instructions) of things that needed attention, burnt out bulbs, things that were broken, etc. and I was accused of being nit picking. We had a few issues with the hot tub as the jets were not working half the time (were fixed mid-week) and the temp never got above lukewarm. They kept saying it heats to 103, but no one came to see for themselves that it didn't. There are wires hanging around doorways, broken washing machine, broken windows, bathroom door had white tape on it to 'fix' it, broken toilet paper holder, multiple burnt out lights, broken cabinet door, whole room in the basement was taped off, dirty/stained couch/ottoman, cleaned up dirt/bugs by balcony in first bedroom upstairs, lots of dirt/dust in all corners of the house, etc. I tried to be respectful of the owner and address these issues with him as these were things we noticed and I felt like he got defensive. We truly believe the property has lots of potential and we enjoyed the outdoor space but definitely did not feel it was ready to be rented post-hurricane.

Family vacation

Casa Bonita offers so much space, you can easily fit two or three families in this large house. The back yard facing the ocean offers the most beautiful views , especially of sunset. The backyard is also always hot and perfect for swimming. The downstairs is such a great hang out space with a bar and pool table and large tv. This is our second time staying here and definitely recommend it.

Amazing House for Family Vacation

I can not say enough good things about Casa Bonita!! It was so perfect for our family of 9 (6 adults and 3 children). The location can not be beat, and the beach and pool areas were fabulous!! The house had every amenity we could want or need. The owner was very responsive throughout the booking process and helpful with all our questions. We were met at the house by Janie who gave us a tour and explained everything we would need to know about the property. There were so many extras - just an abundance of care was taken to provide us with the best experience. This vacation was seamless and we are already planning to visit again next year - great property, no complaints!!

This was a family trip. The area has many different things to do for everyone. The house is great for hanging out with a group of people either at the beach or the pool.

Fantastic but needs TLC

The house was very spacious and the layout was good. The balcony was very large with plenty of room for everyone. It overlooks the pool and beautiful view of the beach. The large lower patio was covered and right by the pool. There were many pool and beach toys for the kids The beach was just steps away from the fenced backyard. It was like our private beach. My husband has mobility issues and the elevator was definitely a plus. It had plenty of beach towels and paper products. The game room was a lot of fun for the kids. It definitely needs updating, woodwork paint and some TLC but it was clean. Internet service is not very good. We would definitely go back there!

Perfect location and comfortable space

The location right next to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood was really pleasant. The house needs a little bit of minor repair work (broken tiles and flickering lights), but was overall nicely appointed and very comfortable.

Best location for our family vacation so far!

I can't say enough about the location of this property. So convenient to step from the property onto the beach, especially with small children. Our family enjoyed our stay in this house with lots of room to spread out or gather on the patio or balcony for time together. As others have stated, the house may be dated to some extent and may need a little TLC in places, but nothing about the house would hinder us from returning to enjoy this beautiful property and beach.

Amazing outdoor spaces!

House exceeded our expectations. Location and outdoor spaces were incredible! House was well equipped and very clean. Be sure to reach out to Walter ahead of arrival day for check in appointment. We hadn’t gotten any information and had to do check in virtually. It was very hard to follow instructions and navigate a dark, unfamiliar house. Be aware spa hours are 5-11 PM.

Great Location, 2 BR do not have doors

Our 3-generation family stayed here for a week. The good: incredible location, the pool , backyard and beach are great. The house is large and the barroom area downstairs was a lot of fun. The bad: Two of the five bedrooms have a curtain and no door- for the downstairs bedroom this was ok but there was no privacy at all in the fifth BR upstairs. The house was very worn in places- example, our bathroom door was patched by duct tape and there were missing tiles in the floor. Also a bit heavy on the rules, but overall responsive hosts, a good stay and a good vacation.

Great Family Place

5 bedrooms with additional twin beds so everyone has a place to sleep. Couches that pulled out made even more sleeping space. Two full kitchens and TVs pretty much in every room. Upper deck is very big with great ocean and beach views. Direct access to beach.

Great location but house in disrepair

My review is similar to Megan O above. The beach is fantastic and the backyard pool/spa area is very nice. However, the house itself, while generously sized, is way overdue for a major remodel and even some basic maintenance work. Besides a few kitchen appliances, pretty much everything else appears decades old and is showing its age. The bathrooms, for instance, looked and functioned as though they were from 1988. [I know the owner may dispute this but we too noticed a roof leak during a downpour (water dripping thru ceiling of upstairs deck onto patio furniture) and the gutters are falling apart. I don't know that I would blow that off as "not a problem" if it were my house.] Regardless, in summary the property is well-located right on the beach and has a nice pool but the house itself has been neglected for years and is well overdue for repairs and updating. We loved the local area and the outdoor space but were disappointed the house wasn't as nice as we had hoped.

We loved our stay at Casa Bonita. The house was very clean & comfortable, and the location was perfect! The house had everything to make our vacation great. The pool was nice with plenty of chairs, towels, and inflatables. The second floor deck with the ocean view and lights around the pool & spa in the evenings were a plus. Art was easily accessible and answered our questions quickly.

Great location, House in Disrepair

This location was fantastic and perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool and the beach immensely. Unfortunately, the house is not at all well maintained and we rain into many issues over our seven days including broken A/C in the master rendering it unusable for the first day, broken freezer, broken refrigerator, a leak in the ceiling, and cockroaches. For the high price tag, I would expect a much better maintained home.

Great location

The pictures and other reviews were accurate. Plus-great spot on the beach. wonderful views from the deck. Nice landscaping, pool, jacuzzi. Very spacious and comfortable house. Minus- house is rough around the edges, dated, funky and some of the lights don't work. Didn't like that the jacuzzi could only be used after 5:30. It's a pet friendly beach rental so one doesn't expect super luxury. Short drive to restaurants but not really walking distance to anything. It's on a busy road so some of the bedrooms have some road noise.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Previous owner is a friend and literally offered a simple transfer including all bookings. For all guests, the transition was seamless. Always loved the home, it's location along with the wonderful lush property.
