The condo sleeps 6 with a comfortable king bed in the master, a comfy queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom. The spacious open living and dining area boast amazing views. A fully furnished kitchen modern appliances with all the essentials to provide guests the amenities of home. Plus, a Stackable Washer/Dryer. This unit is equipped with 2 full size bathrooms, one in the master bedroom with walk-in shower and the other off the hall with a tub/shower combo. A queen size sofa bed in the living room. The balcony offers spectacular views and a place to relax to enjoy your coffee in the mornings or watch the amazing sunsets in the evenings.

Regency Towers is one of the well-established resorts with 2 large pools, Indoor Hot Tub Spa, Tiki Bar between the pools, 2 large grilling areas, and shuffleboard courts. There is over 650 feet of sugar white beachfront for you to enjoy.

Regency Towers Beach Resort Is located on the east end of Panama City Beach. It is 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park.  There are many local restaurants nearby such as Grand Marlin, Capt. Regency Towers Beach Resort collects a $40 Registration fee at time of check for parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, for an extra it is $15.
Two parking passes maximum per unit. Summer and busy weekends renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo. There is an overflow lot available for extra parking.
