Dunes of Panama offers guests 3 swimming pools (1 heated in the winter), grills, fitness center, tennis, basketball, & shuffleboard courts, deli, & pool bar (both open seasonally.) This unit offers 1,000 square feet of beachfront living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and has everything you need to prepare meals for family & friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with views of the gulf, a Smart television w/DirectTV, and access to the unit's private balcony. The master bedroom offers a King size bed, Smart television w/DirectTV, and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has both a full-size bed, as well as a twin, and its own Smart TV w/Direct TV, and the second full bathroom offers a walk-in shower. Additionally, the living room sofa pulls out into a Queen size bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 7. For your convenience, there is a washing machine and dryer inside the unit for your use. There is no additional charge. A max of 2 passes per reservation will be issued in the months of June, July, & August per HOA restrictions. - Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own. - We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue. - *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less. - Reservations that are 28 nights or greater in length require 60 day cancellation notice to receive refund less $200 cancellation fee.
