Keyless Entry: On the day of your arrival, you'll receive the door code when Mermaids Retreat is ready for guests. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM Central time or when the town home is ready.

~No smoking in the home or on the balcony
~Strictly no narcotics or medicinal narcotics
~No events, parties, or pets allowed
~No trailers or boat parking is allowed per the HOA
~Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach
~Community pool's are heated at the HOA's discretion
~Minimum age for renting is 25. No student groups allowed
~No extra overnight guests beyond those specified in the reservation.
~Respect quiet times imposed by the HOA

Damage waiver: The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500. of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
