Great accommodation.

A very nice town house in a well maintained resort development in a great location if you are there to enjoy all of the sights, sounds and recreation in the White MTNs and surrounding areas. Owner was a pleasure to work with and the town house worked perfectly for what our family required on our vacation.

Ski Weekend

Fourth of July in the White Mountains

We had a fantastic stay. Our host was easy to communicate with and checked in regularly throughout our stay. The house was beautifully updated, impeccably clean, and well stocked. The location was perfect for us (40 min to North Conway, 20 min to Santa’s Village, and 5 min to the Mount Washington hotel)! We loved exploring the area. We had one rainy day and this house was big enough for our group to be inside comfortably and play board games and watch movies. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Beautiful stay in Bretton Woods

This was the perfect place for our group of four couples. We hiked Mt. Pierce (trailhead was 7 minutes away), kayaked in Littleton(30 minutes away) and enjoyed time in nearby Bethlehem. We cooked in one night and the kitchen was fully stocked and the grill worked perfectly. Having 4 bathrooms along with 4 bedrooms meant each couple had their own bathroom which is ideal. It was updated beautifully and was clean and comfortable. We hope to return to experience some more of the many hiking trails in the area.

Everything perfect

Everything about this stay was perfect! The location was beautiful and easy access to the Mount Washington Omni. The owner communicated everything we needed to know ahead of time and was extremely responsive to questions. The house had everything we needed to cook a family dinner and was close to a bunch of restaurants, so we did both. The setup of the house made everything way to find, from trash bags to olive oil and spices. There was even a battery drawer, which saved us big time when the batteries in our kids thermometer went low. The low batteries were giving some false readings and we were ready to find the nearest urgent care, but after replacing the batteries all was good! This rental is a 10/10!

Super family getaway

Property is well maintained, well-appointed, and clean. The owner is highly responsive and cares about his property and his guests happiness. Beds were comfortable, and the pots, pans, and utensils were in great shape if you're interested in preparing meals. The no pets policy is a huge plus, especially for those of us with asthma. No allergy triggering scents or allergens in this lovely condo conveniently located near all sorts of fun activities for families.

Excellent stay in a beautiful condo!

Went up with a group of friends for a wedding at the Omni and this condo was perfect for us. It was well equipped with everything we needed, every room had its own bathroom attached and it came with A/C which was a huge plus in the middle of August! Ken was very responsive to questions before our visit and even after our visit he quickly mailed something we had left behind. We would gladly stay here again for summer and/or ski trip in the future.

Convenient location, well maintained.

Close to Mount Washington Hotel and Bretton Woods. Great place for a few couples, or family looking for similar accommodations. Kitchen well set up. Had a problem and owner quickly had it solved. Very good owner communications! Would definitely rent again in the future!

Beautiful Place!

Went with my husband and teenage kids. The place was gorgeous, clean, and very large! We easily could have doubled the amount of people staying in the townhouse. The home was very upscale and felt luxurious. Communication with the owner was great. Ken is very responsive. It was a short trip to the Mount Washington Hotel where my husband and son golfed, my daughter and I did a horseback trail ride, and you can get drinks and food an the veranda. Lots of activities and restaurants are closed due to Covid, but if you plan ahead and like to hike or mountain bike you should be fine. There are great hiking trails nearby and a nice waterfall and swim hole right up the street off the road. We enjoyed playing pool at the condo and I wish we had brought tennis rackets because there is a court right at the entrance to the complex. We will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, spacious, and updated condo at Bretton Woods

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The home was perfect for five adults and one teenager to spread out and also be together. The living area and bedrooms were comfortable and inviting and the kitchen had everything necessary. We appreciated how close the condo was to the many hiking trails in the White Mts. We also enjoyed going to the Mt. Washington Omni resort and sitting out on their wide veranda, having drinks, and looking at the gorgeous views. Check In and check out were easy and Ken was also responsive to any needs.

Great place to stay and is close to Bretton woods for skiing or Mt Washington for dinners and games for the kids. Beds were comfortable and the layout provided us great space for our family of 6.

Fantastic weekend in beautiful condo

Ken has a beautiful home, absolutely loved our stay for a family wedding at the Omni. Every bedroom had a full bath attached and the kitchen was well supplied with tools needed to cook. Thank you for having us, would love to go back!

Property Even Better in Person!

We stayed for a sister retreat in late September and the property was beautifully remodeled and well located by the Omni hotel. Our day at the Spa was out of this world! Kitchen was very well stocked, and easy to do meals in, which was exactly what we wanted. One side note is if you are needing handicap accessible showering options, there aren’t any with this condo rental so we needed to figure that out. Owner is very flexible and accommodating and responsive to questions. We are very much considering for 2020!

Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay in this home. With 3 mid 20s young adults, they enjoyed having their own rooms. This home was centrally located for day trips to other areas. This property is well maintained with all the accommodations you need.

Great renovated condo

My family and I came up to bretton woods for a long weekend and stayed at the Hamel's condo. Great set-up, with plenty of space for everyone. The pool table was a big hit with my boys. The foliage throughout Mount Washington valley was spectacular. Overall, a great place!

Beautiful Condo!

We had a great time staying the weekend here for a wedding at the Omni. (The shuttle was quick and easy.) The condo was clean, beautiful and modern. And having three queen/king sized beds was a plus since the majority of condos we looked at were mostly twin beds. We wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities (the fireplace and the pool table, to name a couple)! We would love to come back, especially during the ski season.

Fantastic location, layout and furnished unit!

We had a tremendous stay here with our family. The condo has great amenities and amazing open floor plan which was great for our family to enjoy time in the family room as well as on the deck. Other great benefits were the 4 bathrooms, parking and great large basement with pool table. We will absolutely stay again- terrific summer visit and so close to mount Washington hotel resort where we golfed. Ken the owner was incredibly responsive and extremely helpful- we will be back!
