I booked this property for my husband & myself, along w a friend & her family so we could attend a wedding in Incline Village. The property was a great layout & fit for our party of 6. The property where this condo is located is beautiful and nicely located.
My friend & I felt the beds were a bit too hard. There were only 2 fans for the upstairs bedrooms (no A/C), it would have been great to have an additional fan for the master bedroom downstairs. I was also bummed out at the number of towels we were given. One bath and one hand towel per guest. I am one to reuse my towels, but would have liked a few more for hair drying and for frequent hand drying.
My biggest complaint was the check in process. A few weeks before arrival, I was instructed to download an app that the property uses & was told I would receive all my communication thru the app. We arrived at 1am, followed the app’s directions for check in & ended up having to have the manager of our property called in the middle of the night to assist us. Sue was kind & told me she sent me an email that morning with check in instructions. After searching my inbox, I found the email Sue sent & we proceeded to check in successfully (after wrestling with the lock box for the keys). I’m confused as to why I needed to download an app that didn’t contain any instructions for our stay, nor any check in/check out information.
