This is a historic Old Colorado City home that has been restored and renovated to provide all the amenities of a modern house.

The main level offers towering ceilings, mountain views from the bedrooms, and kitchen, a comfortable living room for relaxing after exploring Colorado Springs. The large dining table is perfect for family dinners or large groups.

The basement has a huge projector screen in the living area for the perfect movie night. There are two additional bedrooms and another full kitchen in the basement as well.

The grassy yard is equipped with furniture and a fire pit! There's a dog run on the side of the house for your furry friend.

Great House for Family

This was a great spot for our family. The house is split in a full upstairs suite and full downstairs suite. My sister, husband and son stayed upstairs and we stayed downstairs. Great layout. Fans and white noise machines in every room and less than 10 minutes from Garden of the Gods

Unique Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in the trees. Everything was great and the amenities were perfect. Very close to the lake, state park, and Colorado River so there is plenty to do.

Cute enchanting Place!

The treehouse was cute, comfortable and so quiet! We loved the outdoor shower and definitely took advantage of it! The Owner gave great instructions to get to this hidden gem!

Anniversary getaway

Very good property. Secluded, spacious if you want to bring a group, everything was beautifully decorated indoors and the outside was comfortable as well. Loved the recycled bottle walls for the shower. The wife and I had a very beautiful time here and may bring our daughter and dogs next trip.
