Guest Access:
🚪 Enter through the gate on the left side of the house. As you walk through the front door, you'll be welcomed by the modern living area and updated kitchen. The master bedroom features a king bed and a brand new 50-inch Roku TV to relax after a day’s worth of adventure. The sleeper sofa in the living room has a new memory foam mattress for a relaxing night’s sleep.
🍽️ Your kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee cups, plates & bowls, a microwave oven, toaster, cooking spices, and a Keurig.
🏡 Feel at home with stocked coffee pods, tea, creamer, and complimentary drinks and snacks. You'll also have access to a private washer and dryer, with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided for any laundry you may need to do during your stay.
🛁 For your convenience, the bathroom is well-stocked with large fluffy towels, soft toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide feminine products and face wipes.

🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🏡 Shared Space: This is a lower unit of a duplex. Both units are being rented out, so please be respectful of the other guests. You will have your entire private space, including a private backyard. However, the hot tub area is shared with the other guests. This is the only shared space.
💧 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, which puts the hot tub heated to 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured, it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
