Thanks for your feedback, Greg. We're sorry your stay started off with the door lock issue. It was an unexpected malfunction, but our local team worked quickly to get it resolved, and we're happy to say the lock has since been repaired. We do our best to accommodate early check-in whenever the home is ready. Depending on our housekeeping schedule there may be a fee. We also appreciate the suggestion about adding instructions for the thermostat and TVs. That's something we're working on to make future stays even smoother.
