Cozy and modern 1-bedroom apartment in central Denver location with WiFi, AC
Centrally located, 10 minutes away from Downtown Denver, 10 minutes south of Sloan Lake and 10 minutes away from Wash Park, were located in the Westwood Neighborhood, creative district of Denver.
Easy access to major travel routes via I25 or 6th Ave West. Enjoy your own private, comfortable living space with a fully separate entrance!
We are a young creative couple that live upstairs, very familiar with the neighborhood as Julio is a local artist/muralist in Denver/Westwood area and loves to see it flourish. We live with our Golden retriever dog.
The space:
Enter your space through a side entrance, to your own private space, to a fully equipped kitchen with a full sized fridge, electric stove, full sized oven and microwave. With a quartz countertop and designated island/bar space to eat. Pots & pans, full dish set, basic toiletries, and cleaning supplies are provided. -Living room is complete with a 55inch 4K TV, with streaming services. High Speed Internet for WFH needs.
-You'll also find a cozy 1 bedroom, equipped with a queen bed, large walk-in shower, with an egress window in the bathroom.
-Shared nice sized private backyard, with patio for relaxation and outdoor activities
-Rent includes Wi-Fi, electricity, water, trash etc.
Guest access:
The private entrance is located at the side of the house with steps leading down (below the porch). The entire basement apartment is your own space and not shared with anyone else. My girlfriend and I (along with our dog) do live upstairs so you may hear us walking around throughout the day. However we always have quiet hours from 11pm - 6am.
Other details to note:
Nice sized, fully fenced, low maintenance private yard ideal for a furry pet and plenty of space for outdoor dining/working or relaxing.
Washer and Dryer are available right in the basement level, through an internal door that connects to the laundry room and this will be shared between us by splitting weekdays.
There is plenty available free street parking available in front the house.

Julio is an artist/muralist that grew up in this neighborhood, and has several public works of art in this area. We enjoy the community and cultural aspects of this neighborhood, and love how close it is to all of the Denver attractions and great parks.

Our space is completely independent from our basement apartment, and its modern, clean, well equipped and bright and open. We hope others can feel comfortable in this space.
