Great Place!

We had a wonderful stay at this Johnson Ranch house. Extremely clean, owner was prompt in all his communication and welcomed us at our arrival. Great location, well stocked with needed essentials, towels, bedding, etc. The entire process from booking our stay to our departure from the house was smooth and easy... Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Phoenix. Thank you again Chris.

Home away from home, perfect!

We came into town for a cutting horse show at the Horseshoe Park in Queen Creek. We had never rented a house before for a show but decided to give it a go because of the distance of hotels. This place was PERFECT! It was homey, comfortable, had some great extras like a garden tub upstairs and a gas fire pit outside. We enjoyed our stay here, the owner is a great guy. We will be back for sure! M & T Buntin

Outstanding stay!

Everything was perfectly in order for our stay this weekend. It was a luxury to park in the garage out of the summer heat. Quiet neighborhood. Immaculately clean and well stocked with the basics to feel like home: plenty of towels, TP, kitchen items/appliances. The little things like soft towels and washer/dryer are important to us and they were all supplied. Great communication with the host before and during our stay. Would recommend. Plan to rent again.

Great Stay

Had a wonderful time at this property over New Years. Clean, comfortable and a great location. Plenty of space to relax and unwind. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and all the comforts of home. Communication with the owners was top notch and will be at the top of our list to stay at again. Thanks for such a great vacation.

Exceeded Hospitality Expectations

"Comforts of home away from home" and "friendly hospitable natured owners" cannot begin to convey how pleasant our stay here has been. This spacious and clean home was very much family, kid and pet friendly and we would absolutely recommend to friends and family alike.

Great location, great property, great people.

This property was located in an ideal location. Just on the outskirts of the big city with all the shopping and recreational areas conveniently near by. Short drive to the mountains and trails and close enough to take in some spring training baseball. The place was very clean and tastefully decorated. Upon our arrival we found 2 complementary bottles of wine from the owner. Nice touch! The owners, Chris & Misti, were very welcoming and genuinely interested in our well being. Being new to the area we asked them for recommendations and they gave us some great ones which enabled us to choose and still explore. Close to pools and golf courses. We would definitely recommend this property and we will be back.

Friendly Host for Relocation

Nice property in Johnson Ranch

This home was very comfortable and well kept. The location is great! It is within walking distance of the Club House and community pool. The only draw back is that it is on a busy street. Chris is a wonderful host. He lives in the area, so is available if you need anything. The 2 complimentary bottles of wine are a nice touch. Johnson Ranch is a bit far out, but has everything you need. There are 3 community pools, Terrace Restaurant at the Club House, and a great golf course. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Place to Stay!

I loved this house. It was very roomy and comfy. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Slept like a baby. I especially loved the large deck off of the master bedroom. And enjoyed the evenings in the back yard warming up to the electric fire pit. Very enjoyable stay. This is walkable to the community pool so in a great location for any pool lovers. The owner of this house lived close by and was very attentive to any needs or questions we had about the house while on our vacation. He left 2 bottles of wine for us to enjoy while on our vacation. Nice touch and thank you!

I have lived in Arizona for 30 plus years. If you like the outdoors this is the place for you. I hunt, fish, Mountain Bike, Jeep, Golf, and take scenic rides on the Harley. If I'm not working I'm doing one of these things.

I used to live in this property. The amenities is what sold me on this master planned community. The community as a whole has a lot to offer. There is something for everyone whether your retired or raising a family. Also the home is very spacious. The bedrooms are larger than normal. Open floor plan makes it easy for entertaining. I added a deck off the Master Bedroom with French doors. You can enjoy the beautiful nights Az. has to offer.

Large open floor plan. Bedrooms are as large as some Master bed rooms. Every bed room has walk in closets. Patio deck off the master bed room. 30 X 20 Flagstone covered patio. Brand new remodeled home. Rv gates for your trailer of toys. Quads, side by sides etc.. If you have a unique request we will do our best to accommodate. Just ask. We live close. We can react pretty quick.
